    'Debate' carries the idea of more intellectual discussion about disagreement when used this way, as opposed to 'argument', which implies a more emotion driven quarrel. In general, 'Argument' means a line of reasoning or evidence in support of an issue or opinion.

    It must make you feel good, reading something that supports your prejudice.. Again, you've reminded me of a family member,she still harbors hated and resentment .It's her go to, an easy emotionally convenient outlet for her own ignorance shortcomings and twisted sense of virtue.

    At this point, practically, that's pretty much all the Royal family is.

    1. Head of state - sure, but no real teeth to do anything.
    2. CiC Armed forces - sure, likewise
    3. Defender of the Faith and Supreme Governor of the Church of England - honestly, who cares.

    It's a legacy of centuries and centuries of history, and rightly or wrongly, a lot of what makes up the image of the UK.
    They bring in more money than is spent on them. 

    As a current UK resident, I honestly couldn't care less. Plus, I just got a much needed extra days pulic holiday on Monday because of the queens funeral.

    To paraphrase something I heard once, thats like asking which is your favourite venereal disease.

    They are both awful people with no integrity and very little talent. I'd take truss, because I think she is worse, and more likely to lose at the next general election.
