  2. Dangerroo's request on Facebook prompted me to have a look. According to Gossamer Blog it has been done for http://www.bigfishtackle.com/ (mobile site http://www.bigfishtackle.mobi/). Any reason why NameMedia hasn't looked into this for dz.com? Seems like a good idea to me
  3. Average 0.1564, Rocketing Rabbit first try. I think I'll stop while I'm ahead A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125

  6. Try these: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/bb727037.aspx http://windows7forums.com/windows-7-networking/2510-windows-networking-fixed-w7-xp.html A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125
  7. If you're still struggling, have a look here: http://forums.techarena.in/networking-security/1105626.htm I don't have access to a Windows 7 machine, so it's a bit difficult to do a step-by-step for you, so the points made are the best advice I've got: "Goto Start -> Run. type gpedit.msc, select Windows Settings under Computer Configuration, select Security Settings, select Local Policies, select Security Options, go to Microsoft network client: Send unencrypted password to third-party SMB servers, set it to ENABLED. now try accesing your shared folders." AND/OR "From the Start menu right-click Computer, Properties, Advanced; or Control Panel, System; then to the right of "Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings" click Change Settings, where you see the old familiar Computer Name tab, click the Change ... button and assign the same name to the workgroup as you have on the other computers you want to share with (XP-wise). And have your "logon" account be the same as on the other computers, same password too, unless you want to play with Win7's 'manage credentials' function" A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125
  8. See attachment - after you click on connect to a network, it should automatically detect you current network and following the steps from there should be easy. A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125
  9. Drunken party and I hit it off with a girl. Ended up having sex in what I learnt was her cousin's room - when she walked in on us ] She screamed & ran out, after which I remember one more guy coming in to check out her story. Apparently I missed out on the other 20 folks who opened the door to have a peek... Rejoining the party afterwards was awkward, to say the least A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125
  10. Just saw your screenshot - after running the wizard on the XP pc and then rebooting both computers, you should be A-OK! Edit: Just be sure to check the network name used on your '7' A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125
  11. Click finish. The XP pc should be good to go. On the new PC (I run Vista, but should be similar to 7): Go to control panel -> network settings Click on Connect to network & follow the prompts - it'll be similar to what you've just done. Gotta get to work now, but you should be able to get everything set up without too many hassles
  12. name you computer and click next name the network - remember you have to use the same name when connecting to the network from the other computer! Turn on file sharing next tick just finish the wizard, I don't need to run the wizard on other computers A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125

    Wine-o's

I live by the creed: "The best wine is the wine in your glass." Je suis Bordelaise - St Emilion's my favourite appelation, but can get quite pricy. South African wines can compete, but some of our producers still believe consumers don't realy know what's good or not, so they persist in churning out crap. Good wine, cheap (in the US) and good for a laugh would be Fairview's "Goats do roam", though we have some stunners, I'm just not sure about their availabilty in the 'states. Closer to your home - I prefer Sonoma wines to Napa just 'cause the Napa folks tend to be a bit snobbish. That being said, Clos Pegase Chardonnay rocks! Prager Port (just down the road from Beringer) is AWESOME! Christie Vineyards, Dry Creek Vineyards and Deux Amis produce good wines for surprisingly good prices. Deux Amis remains the best Zin I've ever tasted.. William-Selyem Pinot Noir still gives me a semi just thinking about it. As you can tell, I love wine and am very opinionated when it comes to the topic, so I think I'll just shut up now A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125
