  2. Have you tried dropping the ball in her court?

    Tell her you need a report stating x, y & z (whatever the criteria might be as encompassed in the current reports) and see what she comes up with. Sometimes people have their own way of digesting and then regurgitating information.

    Myself, if I don't understand what a client needs in a report, I can't compile it (I do reports on compliance training in various fields for multiple clients with thousands of users monthly, with a multitude of training variables and multiple variables per individual).

    Always remember that for complex problems there might quite probably be more than one solution - getting her to use some creativity in presenting the information might surprise you. :)

  4. I read magazines, manuals and textbooks on my iPad, but still prefer turning physical pages when reading a novel or biography.

    Nothing better than browsing 2nd hand bookstores and leaving with an armful of books for the price of 1 new one B|

  9. I have a scar that is about half covered with a tattoo. Still work in progress.

    Held off on tattooing over the scar because I thought it would be the most painful, but in the end it was the least!
