  1. I have a camera helmet that a guy wants me to sell for him. It's call a "RAWA". I can't find it listed any where, as to who made the helmet or the cost of it new. If it is still being made, I would be able to price this helmet out a little better. Any information anyone has on this helmet would be greatly appreciated. 2. Does anyone know where to find the video of the guy landing the 37 sq ft canopy? I've tried Utube and Skydiving Movies.com Every day is a great day, some are just a little better.

  4. Cocaine can be out of your system in 24 to 36 hours where MJ will test positive for up to 6 weeks. Cocaine is not absorbed by the fat in your body where MJ is and it takes along time to get out of the fat. You have to test everyday for cocaine. 6. When flying American flags that are larger than 250 sq. ft., all the way up to 2,ooo sq. ft. and has a weight heavier than 20 lbs to 60 lbs hanging from the bottom of the flag, what is the proper way to land this flag? I have been told that it must be caught by persons on the ground so that no part of the flag ever touches the ground. And I've also been told by another group that it is too dangerous to try to catch the flag and that the flag needs to be declared a banner by the American Legion and that a placement card be given to the person flying the flag so that he is not dishonoring the flag in any way by letting it touch the ground. This way no one has to catch the flag upon landing. Does anyone know the correct way that this should be done? Every day is a great day, some are just a little better.
  7. I know that you didn't need your AAD when you cut away in Dublin, Ga but did you ever find your parachute? I have a Vigil in both of my rigs but I will buy Cypres 2 from now on. I don't like having to keep watch to see if my AAD has been recalled this week or that there has been another problem that has developed lately. I sure hope that I never have to test mine to see if it works or not. Every day is a great day, some are just a little better.
  8. At Gold Coast Skydivers in Mississippi none of the coachs charge for coach jumps. It's our way of giving back to skydiving. No one is paying me to have that much fun! Every day is a great day, some are just a little better.
  9. Does anyone know where I can buy pyrotechnics for making night demo jumps. Every day is a great day, some are just a little better.

  11. I was introduced to 40 Creek by Bigun on Tuesday night and I thought it was great. I only had two drinks but more than half the bottle was gone. I was fine until I tried to get up and almost fell down. Thank God my camper was only 10 ft away. Thats as far I could make it. I went an bought 2 more bottles of 40 creek the next day. Jumping Smoke

Does anyone know if someone makes a device to hold a canister of smoke on your foot or do they have to be custom made by a rigger or such? Every day is a great day, some are just a little better.

    Wings

I bought my rig new at the in of April,2005. I have had to have a rigger work on it 5 times to replace stitching that is breaking. At the WFFC in Rantoul I had to have a rigger work on it twice just so I could keep jumping. The D bag has been a big problem, the pilot chute, and the flaps on the main container have all had to be resewn in the last 4 weeks. The rig is only 3 months and 2 weeks old. I really like the it fits me and I'm contacting the company to see if I can send it back for them to look at to see what they can figure outwhat's going on. I know that they will take care of it. I can furnish my riggers name if needed.
  16. May be the friendlist DZ that I've ever visited. They got me with a group as soon as I finished the paper work. These guys were great, like I had jumped with them every weekend. The place was very clean, the bunk rooms were cleaner than most motels that I stay in and the same for the bathroom and showers. Don't go there unless you want to have a great time both day and night. The best home away from home that that I have visited.

    Skydive Alabama

I jumped there when I only had 39 jumps and we had a cross wind to the runway. I thought that I may have a hard time landing on the grass but I didn't. The lanking area is larger than it looks. Everyone was very friendly and I was able to get in 4 jumps on Friday afternoon, I could have made more. I plan to go back soon. Just seeing the countryside was worth the price of the jump ticket.

    Skydive DeLand

If you want to jump and jump alot then this is the place to come. I made 9 jumps on Wesnday and got a total of 30 jumps in 4 1/2 days of jumping. Most of the people were freindly with very few exceptions. Some had thier nose up in the air but for the most part you couldn't ask for a finer bunch of folks. I will be back. As soon as I can. But I want to bring more people with me. A+
