  1. First:This is a good point. You all say poor little kids and mothers. I have had an 8 year old girl throw a grenade at me. I have also caught women as much as men setting IEDs. Im not gonna say oh poor little girl or women. The rules are so harsh over here its almost impossible to get away with stuff like that. Second:The insurgents are mostly terrorists from Iran, Syria, Libya, and Lebannon. And if not, they are being helped. The number one roaside bomb killer is the EFP created by the Hezbollah to kill us. Third:If you never served over here or will never, you have no grounds on this subject. You DONT KNOW. 2. Check out at Raeford and talk to Keith. He will know somebody that will want to. Also, Tony the school owner puts a team together, talk to him as well. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  3. Its really up to you and how much you want to push the limit. I have a little over 200 and have jumped stilleto all the way down to 135 and have a jump on a 95 Cobalt. From what little experience I have, I would say to stay where you are. Thay are right about the characteristics between the Sabre and Stilleto. Almost the same. I actually flew a sabre2 135 that outperformed a stilleto 150. The safer route usually is the better. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  4. Any news on the new mamba at other than what the manufactuer has to say. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  5. Im sorry, let me update my jumps, its over 200 now and also let me correct myself, I meant competition. I call it that sometimes, I apologize. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  6. I have been focusing on nothing but canopy control. My double front ins are wonderful and on target now. Im getting quite a bit of distance with a sabre on a 1.3 wing loading, but i need to progress. What are some god drills for up high on front risers and to bring it down to a true hook. I have experience on both my sabre and a highly elliptical, the pro cobalt 150. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  7. You both are probably right, but I think the knights might suprise alot of us. Especially in 4 way. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  8. So everybody, what are the opinions on who will win. Does anybody think Airspeed will take both 4 and 8 this time. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  9. I have been looking all over for material on slot definitions and how they work. Im looking for what the slots are, where they are located and hown they are flown from each exit on all the blocks. Also and explanation on slot switching. 10. Thanks everybody for your help. I have been doing 2 ways now, with work on eye contact.. It has helped alot. It showed when we did a 4 way today and we got through most of the points. Im also lucky to have people like Chris Talbert around to help. Thanks to everybody again. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all
  11. I have been trying to get a 4 way team together, but only have one other right now. We have others fill in. We have alot of trouble staying together. We always exit good, but when we go to turn our first point in randoms, we get away from each other. Could anybody possibly give us some drills we could use to get better.
