  1. Guys, this is all awesome advice. Thanks! I guess I'm just going to have to go out there and try more rigs. I was wondering whether I'd be able to get a new container whilst I'm out there but it sounds like they're all made to emasure and take a long time for delivery. Well you never know, maybe they'll have a second hand container which I like... Having read all these posts, I've got a feeling the choice is going to be between Mirage, Infinity or maybe Vector... By the way, my strange posting times are due to me being in London... working for the Discovery channel as it happens. As a side-project, I'm going to try and make a 5 minute documentary about skydiving whilst I'm at Eloy for submission to the employee competition (winners get aired worldwide). There aren't enough programs about skydiving, don't you think? Maybe that's why there aren't enough skydivers...
  2. Hi there, I'm heading out to Eloy for a solid week of jumping soon. I want to buy my first rig whilst I'm out there. I really liked the Mirage that I jumped and thought the Javelin was pretty good. The Icon and the Infiinity look pretty nice too, but I haven't jumped them. Can anyone comment on how the Mirage (G4), Icon and Infinity compare against each other? If it's relevant, I'm about 5'10 and athletic build, about 155 pounds. I'm planning on putting a 170 main in there once I've flown a few demo mains. Maybe too much info...
  3. Hey Mr Jones! Good to see you around! Hope your trip back to Cali was ok. I'm in Vancouver now and off to the pacific soon. Stay in touch, be good to jump with you sometime! Dinesh
  4. Hi! Thanks for that, I will be careful. I hear the winds tend to change and a lot of people land on the beach instead... though that's probably on purpose! Happy jumping!
  5. Hey mate! Good to hear from you! Yeah Eloy was some pretty crazy shit. Am in Vancouver today and will try to jump but I thik it's too windy. Happy skies!
