There are a lot of people headed that way for the boogie. I hear Mirage and PD are going to be there too, should be a good time.

Any manufactures attending? I'd like to see what kind of new things these companies are coming out with.

Non of Jimmy's bikes have kick stands, he trained them to stand up on there own.

Are night jumps an option? I know most people get drunk at boogies as soon as the sun goes down but if there a poeple willing to do night jumps will they be allowed? I guess the only thing you need to do night jumps is a sober pilot, sober jumpers and a good place to land.

Any organizers going to be there? I am considering going but I dont know anyone there and might end up doing solo's all weekend...

How much is registration? How much is it to demo gear?

Brooklyn Iowa is the home of Skydive Iowa and the Jump Start Boogie May 18, 19, 20. Jumping will start on Firday at noon when one of Skydive Chicago's twinn otters arrives. The boogie will be the first meet for the NPSL 4-way league with guest coach Robert Chromy from De Land Florida who will coach during the meet and organize skydives afterwards. Performance Designs will be there with demo canopies. A cafe' is on site serving breakfast and lunch, as well as a pasta dinner on Saturday. Enjoy a cold beer around the bonfire after jumping. This DZ has the best,on site,facilities of any in DZ the area. The main packing hanger, office and student room was just remodled and looks awesome! Great commons room with a TV and a pool table. They also have an oversized fire pit. The DZ also offers great organizing for all skill levels. This has to be the nicest cessna DZ I have ever been too, definately the most welcoming. It has everything any skydiver would need for a weekend of skydiving. Go check it out and see for yourself.

Yea I think that the DVD and the video tape are different as far as music goes. I know another person at my DZ has the DVD and said that my tape and his DVD are different from eachtoher. I haven't seen the DVD so I don't know about that. But I know that the tape version has a pretty good skysurfing seen (a whole songs worth) at the beginning. Thanks for looking, wish I could find my tape...

Yea I might have to do that. That song is one that I would like to use on a tandem video, as well as on some videos our DZ puts together. I really wish I could find my copy of Crosswind...

Can anyone out there tell me what the name of the song and band is that is playing while the skysurfer is doing his thing towards the begining of the movie. I want that song but cant find the movie, I know it is in the credits. the bang has horns playing with it if it helps you find it. If anyone could help me out with that, that would be great. OOhh yeah i had the Tape not the DVD dont know if it matters or not. thanks....

Sounds like this boogie will offer stuff for everyone. Are there going to be any 20 ways or anything special like that. Its great to here Team "Flew Id" is coming, they are both excellent skydivers. Can't wait to hear those turbines!!

That would be cool, if it isnt too much work. How much would you guys charge for that? Is there going to be someone there cooking that, or making other food?
