    TM elbow

I'm starting to suffer from this now as well. A year into doing tandems and there are very few weekends that I can get away without having that deep burning and throbbing sensation in my elbow and forearm all week. Problem is it never has time to heal before I flare it all up again the following weekend. I think its a combo of picking up that heavy ass rig one handed and then dropping it off my shoulders while laying it out and catching it in the bends of my arms etc.. Just simple repetitive trauma. Besides anti-inflams and ice ...anything else work well? "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  2. I wear a hard shell open face and rarely if ever put anything (frap hat) on tandem students. We jump a 206 with a roll up door. If you forget to put your head down far enough when the door is opened..the ribs on the door going across your skull will remind you really quickly. The helmet keeps me from getting knocked around in the cabin and upon exit and gives me a place to stick my audible. "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  3. I think its a pretty tight knit group world wide from what I read, so I would assume she probably can put me onto some good contacts here in the US as well. If its not too much trouble I would appreciate any leads. "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  4. I am looking for a reputable and ethical breeder to purchase a new puppy. I have raised large sighthounds (Rhodesian Ridgebacks etc..) of different breeds my whole life but haven't had room for a wolfhound until now. I know they are prone to several different medical disorders due to their size and irresponsible breeding practices. I want to see if anyone here has any contact with true professional breeders with whom I can speak about finding a suitable puppy. Thanks, "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  5. I've been jumping with blueeye goggles for the last year and are very happy with them. I wear the extreme sports model with the vents in the lens. First pair of goggles I've had that don't fog up in the plane. "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  6. I think every jump is an isolated event governed by your mental state, your preparation, the state of your equipment, weather, those on the jump with you etc.. I think its like buying 100 lottery tickets. Just because you have 100 tix doesn't make your chances of winning are really any better - you just have 100 of the same 1 in however many odds of winning there are. If you approach each and every jump with the proper preparation, mental readiness etc.. you should be able to zero out the accumulation of "the odds" against you. Turducken

Well regardless of where they come from...I've had them and they are not all that much to write home about in my humble opinion. "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."

    Turducken

Its actually a Louisiana thing. The place that claims to be the originator of this dish is linked here below. http://www.hebertsmeats.com/ "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."

  10. I saw a post about this on "The Superficial.com"...one of the posters made a comment that he would "drag his balls through a mile of broken glass just to hear her fart through a walkie-talkie" I don't think she's all that ...but the comment is pretty funny. 11. http://bearpawsweather.com/tropical/index.html Nice site with consolidated information about the storm. "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  12. I am putting a nice pork loin and some baby-back ribs on the pit first thing in the AM so it will all be ready before our demo jump for the 4th. Gotta feed the troops before we head off to glory!!!! "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  13. Soginet - Be careful of using the ATM's at the strip clubs in OKC - they don't give real money...they give "funny money" that is only good for use in the club and not redeemable for cash. Trust me...after many drinks one night this hard leg went to the ATM and ended up with $70 in "Nite Town" money. It even glows in the black light. I think I still have some of it laying around crammed in a box. "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
  14. With the small footprint available on top of the optik I would probably go with either a bonehead goldmember or a Schumacher. However, there is also the liquid flatlock and the Really Good Stuff line of products to consider as well. But mainly I would measure the actual usable space and then decide which unit fits best. The main thing is I would want the mount to fit squarely on the helmet with no hang over the sides. I have a RRS L Bracket mounted on my Batrak and love it. Its pricey but so is the package on top your head!!!! "I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
