    ECSC MDBB has always been a low-key boogie and MD doesn't do a lot of advertising or get any sponsors. We usually start jumping on the Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day and go through Monday. Depending on the weather there is usually a Caravan for beach loads and an Otter for DZ loads.

    You'll need a B license with 100+ jumps to jump the beach. Make sure to bring your own water gear or make plans with Becky to buy it there. 251-986-5618 Weds-Sunday

  9. It takes all the begging, pleading, promising, groveling and every other form of self-degradation for us to get her up to Georgia once a year for St. Pattys!

    I think next year we should trick her into thinking she's getting on a load at Deland but it's actually the Otter going down to Belize!:P:)
    She'd be mad for about 15 seconds but I think she'd forgive me.:)

    I mostly need an address to the actual DZ to put in a GPS

    Horak Airport Hwy 95 Elberta, AL.

    I'm assuming I can camp on the DZ,

    Camping is free and there are showers.


    I've got 110 jumps, but no B license. I've passed the B license test, accuracies, had water training several years ago and all I need are the maneuvers (I've just been lazy about getting my B).

    Call Becky 251-986-5618 and see if they will let you. They have to be strict because of liability issues at The FloraBama.


    I don't have a flotation device, but maybe someone will let me borrow there's for a jump.

    Plan on buying it at the DZ. about $45.00. Everyone is usually using theirs.

    Either I'm hard core or stupid.

  19. Waited til an obnoxiously drunk buddy passed out, pulled down his pants and we shoved a dill pickle up his ass and then put his pants back on.

    The next morning we were all sitting around the living room waiting until he woke up. He was awake for about 10 seconds when his eyes got big and he took off the the bathroom with his butt cheeks clenched and walking with short little steps.

    It was hilarious.
