trevor may get some jail time for crashing that plane
normiss replied to sfzombie13's topic in The Bonfire
A friend of mine was doing some state prison time for selling drugs, and for bribing the judge, yeah. He got the sentence reduced somehow and was moved to a federal prison. He said it was almost as good as release when he would go outside and lay on a bench and spend hours looking at the stars in the sky. It was still life in a cage with no ability to do anything without being handled like a violent deadly risk. -

It's flat, it's brown, it's hot AF, it boring AF, flights to central Texas from western NC suck, the restaurants there suck, but the TexMex is damn good. I'm also good, I maintain the southeast region and cover what 4 guys in Texas support. They're good without me there. -
I've long wondered why they have so much hatred for their god's creations. I think he likes to mess with their heads. Have a Merry Christmas Jerry. :)

Republicans formalise Biden Impeachment inquiry…
normiss replied to jakee's topic in Speakers Corner
He just said he would "negotiate" for more time as POTUS once he's re-elected. He feels he deserves MOAR time in office based on the way he was treated. At least 10-14 years. -

His record shows he is more than capable of both. -
The current insanity over politics and the precipice that world Democracy is facing, is not a laughable issue. There are nations currently salivating over America and European countries leaving Ukraine to the Russians. It is a floodgate the world should not accept the collapse of. Yet here we are. Hah. Hah.

No, it's actually not that at all.

She also shares her money with her employees, BIG time, and she is VERY vocal about people voting and pushes the Get Out The Vote and sending people to vote.org. Her efforts to encourage people to vote has made a big impact in the numbers of young, female, democrat voters. Vote.org reported record setting numbers after her concerts. There's an interesting video of her with her parents and some of her assistants discussing her desire to be a voice against the Trump insanity and encouraging her fans to vote. Her dad seemed almost insistent that she NOT do this due to the insanity of the current nothing but Trump attitude and some of the violent actions. They were concerned for her safety. She insisted that she would be that voice. She has the platform to do it, and it's the right thing to do. She said she had to do it. I agree with her. Oh...and I miss Andy.

The court will require a LARGE deposit to secure this penalty from what I heard in one of the news pieces of the story. -

I thought pretty much all right of ways for railroads, communications, and electricity were secured YEARS ago. If it's new infrastructure, it's usually pretty quick to get approved and installed. At least from what I've seen building out corporate infrastructure, data centers, and communications providers.

Fully agreed Jerry, My experience was with my ex-wife. We later had 3 daughters, and it was wonderful raising my girls. I later also aborted the marriage. My ex wife slept with EVERYBODY. MC -

Texas Supreme Court Temporarily Halts Court-Approved Abortion
normiss replied to David Wang's topic in Speakers Corner
I clearly misread your comments. I think we're actually in agreement, my apologies. I have been through the abortion issue, but not when it was illegal, and we were BOTH part of the decision. I also felt her decision carried a lot more weight than mine. It was the right decision for us and where we were in life at that time. -

Maybe the women would have a different view of making decisions about THEIR bodies? -
