  1. Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the folks from skydive aggieland. A great dropzone, with great staff, owners, jumpers, packers. Not much was written about the role they played in the bush 80th birthday jumps, and I think they should be recognized. The cover shot in Parachutist was not over college station, TX as written, but over skydive aggieland. They spent a great deal of time helping us with everything, to include local spotting conditions, excellent packing, advice with our ever present digital camera problems, and just making us feel at home. The majority of our time and jumps were spent at aggieland in preparation for the birthday celebration, and we couldnt have asked for a better dropzone. The golden knights tandem team, and gold demonstration team would like to thank skydive aggieland for their great hospitality, professionalism, and advice during 41@80. Take the time to check out this great dropzone. We hope to be back soon.... US Army Parachute Team Golden Knights Tandem Section
  2. Pictures from Mr. Bush tandems. First tandem was Mr. Bush and Bryan solo at skydive aggieland. Second was with the other jumpers at college station into the birthday celebration. Photos smaller due to dz.com size restrictions. Docking right is Tandem Sec team leader Ken Brown. Docking left is former 4 way competitor SFC Kurt Isenberger. Behind with smoke(for visual reference on ground) is GK Sergeant Major Mike Eitniear. Tandem Master is SSG Bryan Schnell. Videographers are Sgt Dave Wherley, SFC Greg Windmiller, SGt Aaron Clark.
