Ok, here are a few things to try go to www.malwarebytes.org download and install the free version, run a full scan. Fix problems. Then if you really want to go to town on a trojan removal, you can use ComboFix. It is a bit geeky, but works. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/combofix Follow the instructions carefully. Agreed.... I work in IT as well. We use this all the time. If you are going to remove Norton... remember to use the Norton Removal Tool. www.norton.com/nrt this will make sure you completely get rid of Norton... that little bugger is a bitch otherwise. You don't want 2 anti-Virus programs on the machine... they will slow down your computer fighting with each other. Ok, I'm gonna poke the bear on this one. The phrase "under God," is not tied to just the Christian religions, but I would say covers most if not all religions. I'm not exactly a religious person, but I recognize that many religions worship God. Some religions believe in the same God, while others in different Gods. I personally don't care if "under God" is in the pledge or not. If someone chooses to say those words in the pledge, great... if not... great.
