I am familiar with both separately, but not together. I bet google can help. Then again, a pareto chart is just a fancy bar graph that is ordered highest to lowest with a percent line at the top (not really needed in my opinion). Excel has a chart wizard that can build the bar graph. I bet it can make a concurrent line graph as well.
