I canned 22 pounds of Cucumbers and 10 pounds of tomatos while I was up in Medicine Hat last week. I have already opened one can of the cucumbers. They were yummy. I did my first one in April. I was on a team since it was all of our firsts we thought that it would be fun and it was. I got the biking part of it.
