I don't hunt anymore. When I did, I often spent days in the bush without shooting anything. It's about being out there, seeing things you can't see from a 4 x 4, hearing your place in the world. Personally, if I were human prey - I'd prefer to be killed instantly while grazing in the wild - than fed steroid packed food in captivity, and then loaded into trucks and driven 100 miles to a death camp and slaughtered for public consumption. Good for you being a veggie. Ethics are a better motivation than diet. You still kill to live though. Want to get into the ethics of what has more right to life? Human or Animal, Animal or Plant? We're all part of the same cycle. Expecting humans not to kill is like expecting dogs not to bark. We are the deadliest spiecies this planet has ever seen. Do you drive a car?
