I have an intel imac with imovie 09. Imovie is not letting me load the video to the program. It lets me control the camera thru the firewire 9 to 4 pin. But when i play it it plays on the view finder window of the camera but nothing on the import window screen , just the tape counter runs but no picture? and Nothing gets imported

I really couldn't say. I used it for cleaning glue and stuff from my hands all the time working on roofing years ago. It evaporates really fast and dried my skin out.

Tulean i think is the chemical to dissolve the glue if i remember correctly?

Is it that much faster than the i7 in my macs?

It takes a hundred pounds of force to break that tape loose from your helmet.
If something catches on it i'd want less than that to save my head!

This has to be mac compatible. I"m wanting to have a dock like a card reader type thing to insert hard drives in. So i could just unplug one and plug in another. I know i have seen them before just don't know the best system out there ? Mirror hard drives would be cool.

Duck tape isn't an option either. I am searching for a local place to have it done since it looks like the tools to do it aren't real cheap either, and i'd prolly only use them one time anyways.

I have a mini dv tape i need to repair. I lost about a foot or so of the tape inside a camera. Is there some special scotch tape i can repair it with ?

Yes tried holding the c key down until it boots up completely and it go's right into the normal desktop as well with the disc inserted.

Sysem on it is 10.4.11 right now not sure which one that is? I have some copied discs but they don't seem to work . it won't let me boot from them at all and i have tried everything i can think of.
