I bought a canon 15mm and i ended up trading it in for the 15mm sigma because of a fogging problem in the center of the glass,i believe due to the thickness and shape of the outter element. My 10-d did this error 99 too, shutter was locking open and wouldnt close untill i pulled the battery out of it and reinserted it . I called canon and they went thur some trouble shooting with me and said box it up for repair .They put a new shutter in it and give a cleaning and calibration and it works fine now. I have a 2 piece one myself and it works great for all types of stuff .I prefer it over my big winged camera suits . Go and jump just the suit a few times (without camera's on ) It 'll be an experience ! Talk with your camera flyers ,get some good advice. I had this problem in imovie once , and i had to reload the video and edit it over .I don't know the cause of it for sure .It only did it when i made a slide show of photo's at the end of the video ,transitions between the stills that i used from video clips is where i had the problem. I ran a sale this weekend that worked out real nice .It cost a few bucks and a bit of time but it was worth it.I gave a free 8 x 10 with every video bought .If they payed for the stills up front i knocked off and additional $10.00 from the still photo price .If they decided after landing they wanted the still files ,they are full price.It worked out great! I managed to sell most of them the stills before hand due to the $10.00 savings ..
