  1. Here are some photos I took of a jump with David last year. David had not jumped for a while, so the plan was pretty tame - just enjoy the view basically, blow the cob webs away so to speak The pictures don't tell this story, but right at break off, in fact probably below, just I was thinking to wave at him, or point at my alti or something, David threw in a completely unexpected back loop, then another..... then grinned like a mad man! WOAH!!! was my first thought.... lol, but then I just tracked away chuckling as he dumped out. What a legend. Jen, if you pm me your email I would be honoured to send the photos across. BS

  5. Yep, you won't be dissapointed. Awesome helmets.
  6. Maybe all these guys would say.. "You know what, he was heading down the right route, and he had an unfortunate accident/bad judgement call etc" Im afraid the only response your going to get so far dude, after turning your nose up at advice from countless skydivers like gemini, billvon, skinnyshrek, davelepka, sdctlc (combined jumps of what, 17,000??) ...is one of unbelivable resent for being so ignorant/stubiorn. Maybe listen to these guys you know? Get a refund, get the 135 back, do scott millers course, be happy youve just lifted a massive amount of risk of your shoulders...
  7. Chris, we shared PM's already, but dude...there are guys here with thousdands and thousands of skydives, and who have been in this sport before you even started high school. Take a step back, and listen to them. You will get alot of kudos if you do...
  8. Dude, these are maybe not the best examples of someone landing "well". The first one you flared late and and pretty much stalled the canopy... the second two you flare completely unevenly. Maybe keep your knees and feet together aswell. hope it all goes well
  9. Big congrats to everyone involved! Fingers crosssed for this weekend and something bigger...good luck guys n gals
  10. Also, at some periods it gets too dark for night jumps.

  16. You won't go wrong with a Boogieman Freefly suit, check out there website they have a beautiful collection. These suits are made super strong and come custom made with all the critical areas of the suit made especially for your needs. http://www.boogieman2005.com/ I know of at least two very petite females who use these suits and love them, they were made with a tighter fit but with lots of spandex in the right places so there still amazingly comfy... You wont be dissapointed, they fit, fly and look great.
  17. Hi there, Heres a link to where we stay, cheap (£25 per night) , nice rooms, wireless internet and 5 min walk from the tunnel. http://www.roomsmiltonkeynes.co.uk/index.html If your arriving from Luton get the bus direct to Milton Keynes, theres one every hour from Luton Airport for £4 and stops outside Xscape. From Xscape you cant miss the tunnel, and the rooms in the link above are easy to find with google maps etc... (Outside arrivals, wait at the "Virgin Bus" stop) Have Fun!!!
  18. The liquid is a sweet lens, Get the 0.3 for freefly, ...zoom it in a touch for RW. Best of both worlds!!!
  19. Yep, put the first few jumps on HMA lineset over the past few days... Brake lines feel light due to the line type/size and the ease they pass throught the guide rings. Flies great, dives a shit load. Have PD actually changed the trim for the HMA line sets, it just seems different, even when packing..? What I mean is, hanging over my shoulder and ever on the ground it looks more like a velo (short and fat, not long and triangular like before with spectra....?) Openings back to normal. Forward speed slightly more. Also, new HMA lineset came with lower brake lines finger trapped and bar-tacked, but they are way too long for my puny little arms... I cant fully shutdown the canopy, Any reason they have done this, before I unpick the stitching and shorten them?? Maybe im just not used to them soo long but pretty sure I cant fully flare the canopy.... (toggles in my hands and arms flat against my sides and it feels like the "old" canopy in 3/4 brakes??? hmmmmm? On the whole, Its a huge improvement..! Well happy.
  20. Nah its not too bad, turning left out of a road into oncoming traffic wakes you up though...!
