Hey guys! I was born and raised in Key West, Fl but now go to school in Gainesville, Fl. I am planning on taking my first jump in January with my best friend. I have always wanted to skydive but now I am looking into statistics and stuff and even though its not enough to deter me there def are some scary deaths for first time tandem jumpers! It totally worth it though right?

Hello everyone! This coming January I plan to take my first attempt at skydiving. I anticipate a safe and yet thrilling experience but I was just curious about what the statistics of deaths involving tandem jumps. Well at least what the statistics are with the new equipment. Also, does anyone have any suggestions on great places to skydive in Florida?? thanks so much
