Oh there are lots of ways you can do that on your 2nd BASE jump on LM . You can go off unstable all the way-in. When you should try for separation from the object. You can go off stable and 'think' you are Tracking. When you are really not and go-in. You can go off and not Track & just smoke it to low on the pull and just go-in at line-stretch . You can go off stable with very little Tracking and fumble to find your PC handle and go-in. You can go off with no Track and just brain lock and do nothing all the way-in. No facts will come of how or what the circumstances of how he went-in. Unless the other jumpers in the group chime in with the facts. Or there was eye witness from ground. Hey how was your pulls ? You doing WS specific ? One question with this Rig and Wingsuit. I am assuming that this Rig was built specifically for WS because of the style and shape. On my pull technique on WS and with others I am sure. When I go to pull. I collapse the suit and slap my arms back and place my hands on the bottom of the Rig to help make clear the wing fabric. Then slide my hands up the bottom of the container to the BOC to make the PC grab and the pitch. With your two first flights. Hows the feel for the grab PC technique you do with the extra container length ? and the BOC container positioning on the container itself does it feel pretty good ? . also very nice job. looks really nice. .

I remember back when I was doing SL for the first time and getting drilled with the skydive malfunction Flash-Cards along with being in a hanging harness. There was one card with 'Line Twists' with the Slider up above the line twists. to identify as 'malfunction' . Nothing that is stated in that paragraph sound wrong or out of the ordinary. She got line twists. Started to freak out a little and looked for her Cutaway Handle. Assessed her situation and probably decided that she had the altitude to try to correct the malfunction. Pulled her shit together and kicked out without chopping. Then went back to pack and skydive some more. I dont get what this has to do with getting kicked out of BD ??? .

I say the same as Matt, I did a coupe hundred + jumps with Mojo 280's. but for slider-up All I had was just the larger hole mesh Sliders that works smooth as silk. A good all around BASE canopy Never had small mesh for a Mojo & I also have Never jumped a small-mesh slider from any brand of BASE canopy I have ever owned. So why would anybody use a small mesh Slider ?. ... .

I also have to agree with the issue of Training or Currency. Brain-lock is just a unpredictable thing that no one can ever see coming till it's already motion in progress and everyone Brain-locks but we are not talking about forgetting the next Grip on a RW dive or where you put your car keys last. Training and currency have everything to do with building or refreshing your muscle memory to what is suppose to be spontaneous action. Like basic altitude awareness or the simple task of letting go of your PC. I am not trying to make any conclusions or place blame but on the circumstances that have been discussed but it a damn shame that this stuff happens to the best of people. .
