    Whatever you decide to buy, double check with your instructors, dzo,rigger, that it is the right rig for you. I have seen a few jumpers purchase stuff on their own without asking anyone's advice, ending up with something that was not for them.

    I have gone through the thread, my take was we were talking about one plane.

    Personally, I would't do tandems at a dz where it was up to a load of jumpers getting out after me to avoid me. As andrew said, it is up to us to protect our passenger, I would't be doing my job in this case.

    If you need to replace it at another time try hardy pannel. Its looks the same but is a concrete and other stuff composite. Lasts forever. We use it a lot in the leaky condo repairs.
