  7. I did know someone who bounced on a new reflex because of a small problem with the closing flap grommet, some of the grommets weren't installed right. There were other manufacturing issues that caused the end of there production early on. It's not the dangerous, they just have a "funk" about them. 19. I once got a nasty letter from the FAA for jumping through(near) a cloud, It was at an airshow and a navy base, the Air Boss said "go!", so we went. The letter said Don't do it again for two years "or else", what ever that meant. I'm very proud of the letter, It's hanging on the wall next to next to my goldwings. 20. Oh well, a billion or two is nothing, I'm surprised it took this long before one crashed. The price tag covers the years of R&D, hangers, spare parts and engines, test equipment and all the other stuff you need to keep a plane flying. Working at Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale Ca. I was able to watch the first flight of all the B-2's, I currently work on the worlds most expensive airplane, The Airborne Laser at close to 7 billion a pop. 22. The Dz at Fox feild was the first place I ever seen skydivers, my Dad had a C-140 there. I did get to make a few jumps at a couple of airshows at Fox Feild in the 90s, I would love to hear a few stories about the Lancaster DZ. I know Billy Reed jumped there, He's one of my heros. 23. That's some funny shit, First free fall was a clear and pull, hop and pop, jump and dump. I felt safer doing clear and pulls then longer free falls. one over cast day all we could ge was 3000 feet, we jumped a all day and the people who went AFF were scared, you haven't lived unless you have taken a 4-way out the door, turned a point or two from 3000 feet. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
  24. If you go to snuffx.com in the archives, there a video with a guy giving "flipper" a BJ, then your question will have an answer. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
