The cost you are referring to here is after the fact which was not your original argument. Earlier you were referring to mental health screening for everyone before the fact. If only a third of the population of the U.S. were required to get some form of mental health screening at $250 (probably a low estimate) that would be 25 billion dollars. If there was such a law in place I bet it would not be a one time deal either. Providing mental health care for thousands of dollars is cheaper than the tragedy of a multiple shooting which costs 10's of millions of dollars......ounce of prevention - pound of cure - maybe you've never heard of that - but I doubt it. I don't think so. It looks like a Norman Kent photo, some similar ones being included in his book "The Book". I'll have a look at it tonight when I get home, but, I think it's Tahiti (or some other Polynesian island). The beach area looks similar from what I recall. AH! I was right... Almost! It is Norman Kent's, and he does have several pictures of those color coordinated jumps in his book, I just got the locations mixed up. It's over Eleuthera island in the Bahamas. Yep, you were right.
