  8. Im not a swooper, but I happen to share my life with one, a pretty competitive one. We have been toghether for more than 4 years now(but Ive known him for longer) and let me think... Ive never in my whole life have seen him with a cast, surgery etc. I rememeber once he sprung an ankle, that took him like 5 days bitching and moaning for attention. Apart from that he has never been hurt in any other way. From what I see swooping doesnt imply broken bones at all, eventhough there are, and I have seen them, but I dont think its the discipline that is too rough... As a matter of fact Im a skydiver aswell and Ive had more incidents than him (minor), and I just do straight in patterns... Lets see what others say abot their experiences.. Ill keep my fingers crossed so that I dont have to run to a hospital never... Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

  15. I also have to mention that in this swoop meet the payment of the registration fee allows you to do all the jumps you can. The plane is from the spanish army and the competitors are going to have the opportunity to jumps all they can. Just try to hop in every load! This is an excellent way of training for the European Sason, losts of training jumps (all you can do), with excellent swoopers doing the same. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

  19. First of all I think mcdonalds does exactly the same, hooks on small kids to eat that junk food. That is why they give away all those toys and other stupid stuff. I also agree that companies try to capture young teenage people but that is something that all companys do if its an easy target. I dont agree in that smokers are less educated, smokers are every where. I consider myself educated, with university degree, with a job, and I smoke! Eating shit is a natural act??????????????? Im sorry but I cant share that. We are just used to that kind of food and it feels normal , but Im telling you its not! Smoking is not natural either ok but it exists and thats it. Dont make me feel like a criminal for smoking a cigarrete once in a while. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com
  20. Eating Mcdonalds filthy food also kills million of people around the world , and that dosent make them close those disgusting restaurants. They even allow kids in there!!!!!!!!! I dont smoke regularly but I like to do it every now and then, and that doesnt mean I smell bad or, have a bad breath , etc... Shitty food makes people very ill , and that is costing millions aswell. Anyway the treating that smokers receive I think it is sometimes just too much. My hair also smells like jet fuel after jumping, my clothes stink after eating in a greasy restaurant... Life has those things. I dont like somebody smoking in my face while I have lunch, but I like to smoke a cigarrette in a bar or a club every now and then without feeling guilty for it. 21. Are you talking seriously or what? Is this the american sense of humor that I dont get? Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com
  22. Havent seen this before because I dont check this that often. Your essay is based on a comparason between skydiving and gun use. Well I guess my friend that you dont get the point here. The difference between a person that skydives and one that carrys a gun is that I cant kill another with my reserve and the other one can kill, not only one, but many more with his toy. Skydiving can kill me (ok maybe others if the plane crashes , or if I freefall into someones house... but it is my life the one thats in danger) If I had to sit down to drink a beer with someone that skydives or someone that carrys guns I would feel much safer with someone that has a rig on instead of a gun. Where I maybe could understand the carrying of a gun is if everybody would carry it, and that is what I guess is the tendency in your country. I personally think it is a shame. Not feeling safe without a gun is from my point of view, sad. Anyway guys keep the guns away and lets skydive!!!!!! I apologize for my english , it is not my first language. And by the way it is a repeated subject but I like it. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com
  23. So you think that the interesting part of my post is where the info comes from. Listen , from the news! And why shouldnt I take as valid? I think it has a lot of sense if you think in all those budgets dedicated to weapons around the world. And now lets touch the sensible fibers, all that money that the us has spent in weapons was it sefull in a situation like katrinas disaster?. People needed water food, doctors, and they didnt get anything of that . Maybe it is because we spend ten euros in weapons and 1 in caring for the people Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com
  24. Ok another one that relly makes good points here... Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com
  25. Not as many as those ones that feel shame on u my dear friend. I was asking for your thoughts your opinion and reflections. If that is the only you can squeeze to get out of your hollow head , good for u! Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com
