  1. Many have ridiculed and downplayed my warnings about the possible approach of SHTF. In addition to the viability of the north GA mountians, I recently became aware of some other orgainized options.

    Video cards take electricity.

How much does it cost to run a graphics card?

His server runs 2 cards, IIRC, 24/7. It costs less than his AC which also runs 24/7. He lives in FL He drives a Tesla and has ordered a new one. Cost is negligible.

That's my whole issue with crypto. Mining is one thing (although the electricity cost is ridiculous). But the whole finance thing of not actually producing anything, just making money off of transactions that don't produce anything, I don't care for.

Which means it's lucky I didn't end up in finance, huh...

    Wendy P.

My son-in-law's mining server runs with video cards. The operating cost is neglible. Like I said, it's like day trading. There is no product just greed.

  4. My son-in-law is a programmer for Citi Corp and has been mining at his house since the beginning. He does not follow Bitcoin AFK. He does not talk much about his gain but I think he is doing OK. It seems a lot like day trading. Money is made on strategic exit and conversion.

Which way are you leaning on this, the most important issue facing republicans?

We are past this being a partisan issue. I believe we are looking at survival.

In other words, maybe we're getting close to SHTF?

Looks like it. As the goods from China are depleted by the end of the year, fear and anger will increase. China is only resupplying themselves at this juncture. It would appear they are preparing for war.

What will Americans do when they are unable to obtain needed, critical medicines? What will they do for food to feed their families?

    Maranatha!

  7. And Justice Thomas' ruling opinion upheld:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

It would seem the riot season is upon us.

Democrats fight for the US Constitution; republicans oppose it.  (Trump called parts of it "fake" and proposed ending the freedom of the press, for example.)  Would you support a Christian theocracy over the United States Constitution?

    No, that is just silly.

    After the:

-attempted Jan 6th insurrection spurred on by Trump and his lieutenants
-the most criminal administration in US history
-the most dishonest adminstration in US history
-all the electoral fraud traced to prominent republicans
-the republican's sheltering of accused pedophiles and rapists
-the republican's support for pedophile pimps

I'd say the opposite was true.

And they haven't improved.  Now they are burning books, cancelling Disney and trying to cancel history.  Radical MAGA types are even going out and killing blacks in mass shootings to push their white-supremacist agenda.

Keep in mind that even Trump himself said that if he lost to Joe Biden he should hang it up.  He did indeed lose - which is a testament to how deplorable the republicans are.  They're so bad that even Joe Biden looks significantly better.

Republicans don't fight the Christians, Democrats do.

You actually believe that bullshit, don't you?

Not going to parse it completely, but to pretend that the Democrats are 'dirty, despicable and criminal' while the Republicans are the 'best political course' is just plain silly.

And, of course, you believe that "SHTF" is just around the corner...

    Again.

Ron, this is a temporal country and time; its structure must be changed if it is to become a godly or Christian one. That temporal nature is in its founding document, and it’s also innate in that it is of this world.

Do you honestly believe that the US needs to end? And be replaced with what? A theistic autocracy? What happens when that autocrat takes it upon himself (or herself) to be the sole interpreter of God’s world, and then begins to carefully select the passages quoted to support a direction that makes many uncomfortable. Maybe a return to slavery (after all, it’s in the Bible). Or mandatory modest dress for women.

It wouldn’t start with something unacceptable to the zealous followers; just something unacceptable to people they don’t really care about.

If you do, in fact, wish to live in a theocracy, it’s up to you to build that in your local community (which it sounds like you have done), and make clear its distinction from the tradition that all men are equal under the eyes of God. That, in fact, some are more equal, and are the only ones that should be paid attention to.

    Wendy P.

The theocratic government will be established by and through Jesus Christ following the second advent and His defeat of His enemies. Read Revelation, Daniel, Ezekial.

  12. Catastrophe now defines the mission field paradigm.

President Trump allowed the nation to see just how dirty, despicable and criminal the Democrats are. Republicans are not pure, but they are the best political course available at this time.

We must cease living with good things and learn how to live with the bad things. We are plunging into the depths of a misery not known before in our lifetimes.

Christians are now becoming the QRF for the suffering both in our nation and abroad.

  13. We can only hope in faith.

2021 was a year of unexpected consequences, beginning 6 January.

Maybe its time to stop accepting the things we cannot change and change the things we cannot accept.

  14. Sad, sad news. I have known Cathy, and her brother Ed, since they first started jumping at Skydive Tampa Bay. She was a truly unique adventure girl. We made a night jump together when she was eight months pregnant with Myriah. This is just so hard to believe.

I’m interested in both. But I’m also a longtime veteran of the space program, and as such I’m quite convinced that we did, in fact, go to the moon. I wasn’t involved then obviously, but I worked with a lot of people who were. And, to a man (all the ones I knew were), they helped put men on the moon, some participating in the real-time support of the computer systems.

Is it true, from the video, that all the Apollo missions data is lost, gone, destroyed?

Thank you Ron. I'm sure that flat Earthers and conspiracy believers can also find sources to back up their beliefs. I believe in faith, I know it is real. But that does not change the facts, only the perceptions. The real truth is that we do not know the facts, but we do know our truths. Objectively analyze and compare.

Like you, I place more value on subjective analyis than on objective. I want to feel something rather than look at something. Consequently, I search for new sources for feelings.

Note, Capain Kirk is going into space and not Spock. He died, because he couldn't find new horizons.

I don't know. Maybe a bible, or a world wide flood, or an archangel appearing in a burning bush, or a prophet who walks on water, or a pregnant virgin. Or any other of a host of fraudulent claims based on faith. The world is full of liars and people who blindly accept lies. You should know. Fakes are everywhere.

"The Apollo missions marked the first event where humans traveled through the Van Allen belts, which was one of several radiation hazards known by mission planners.[35] The astronauts had low exposure in the Van Allen belts due to the short period of time spent flying through them. Apollo flight trajectories bypassed the inner belts completely, passing through the thinner areas of the outer belts.[27][36]"
