I went and checked out the Chester State Park today. It is located 10 miles from the airport and about 3 miles from downtown chester. They have about 20 campsites with water and electric hook ups there. It seemed like a really nice place if your looking for hook ups. You can book online reservations at www.southcarolinaparks.com but Ranger Rick said to book as far out as possible because they do fill up. Your 40 footer would be a squeeze at most of the sites but they do have one or 2 that it would work at.

look up Mowhak vally skydiving in Scotia NY. My personal opinion is that in that area, MVS and DB are the only places to jump.

Thantos, we usually play on some card tables. They are just the rectangular type. But, I think there will be more interest then tables. (at least I hope so). I have another round table at my trailer that we can use as well. We usually play in the hanger. There are two sets of chips at the dz. I pretty much think we can pull off anything with some planning.

Denete, If you look inside the triangle all the way to the upper left where runway 17 and the inactive runway connect that is the swooping area. A very simple set of lanes has been cut in the grass. The main landing area is all the way up near the hanger as you can see the peas. Generally we land students away from there right about where you see the tall grass vs. the cut grass in the main landing area. This may all change with skyfest but that's how it is now.

The DZ has internet that is available at or near the hanger. There is a snack shack on site. There is also local restaraunts within 15 miles if you choose to eat out. Oh...and I hear the list got a little bigger.... There is a small swoop course are the other side of the landing area. Skydive Carolina is usually good at picking us up down there. I am sure they will have it covered for this event. Bring the dogs, Scooby needs a playmate! Looking forward to meeting you Ian. I get to Atlanta quite often and would love to come down to the Farm for some coaching.

I was almost ready to buy an HC9 since my pc1000 died. However, I noticed it only has Monotone, mosaic, black and white fades. No overlap and no wipe. I use overlap constantly focusing on the students face. Is there anyway to add these features??
