Ooh! Trains! I grew up just the other side of Box Springs National Park from Perris, and the trains went right past my house. When they were REALLY long, they would have to go slowly around the bend, and I would run along with them until I could jump on and ride them. As a child, I think I was eager to get started on skydiving. I jumped/fell out of a second floor window in a big house. The more I hear along these lines (common sense), the more I wonder why this person said that to me. I'll have our master rigger check it out and see if he thinks it's worth the asking price.
