This right here is why we can't win anymore. If you value human life but your enemy doesn't, all they have to do is surround themselves with innocent victims particularly women and children. We have far too many laws. We have far too many unenforceable laws. We have far too many conflicting laws. We have far too many laws that make no sense. We have far too many laws with selective enforcement. We just have far too many laws... Why do we need any more in any category? If anything, the existing laws applying to something need to be grouped and changed: expanded, contracted, repealed, clarified. I am not sure how profits fit into this but wealth certainly does. It is the number one reason given by those trying to reach Germany. I think you are touching on some main difference here. Some will see teh refugees as fleeing danger, violence, war etc. in a hope of providing some safety and peace for their family. Some see them as purely economic refugees, looking to get "free" money. I have personal email accounts and a corporate email account. I don't email corporate people with my personal accounts nor do I email personal people with my corporate account. That way I don't have to worry about if my personal accounts systems infrastructure meets the criteria for security my corporate account requires. It's an easy solution, especially for those professing technical ignorance.

Sounds like an unfortunate accident. Hopefully once they shot the one person, they were still able to shoot/disarm/detain the shooter so still limiting the number of victims. Definitely no charges if cleared but that person most likely will be harder on themselves than any court of law ever could be.
