  1. After using this for several years, I am still head trama-free and the helmet is holding up very well. I have hit it on all kinds of things and was very glad it wasn't my own cranium. It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Too bad it is that ugly carbon fiber color. It is too expensive for custom paint.
  2. I don't know how I did my training jumps without one of these. They are a god send for those jumps you may not look at your alti often enough. It is very accurate and loud enough to bring you back to reality in the middle of an intense freefly jump. If you don't have one of these with you, you should definetely get one. Also, L&B customer service is 2nd to none.

    Wings

My wife and I got our new Wings several months ago and cannot say enough good things about them. They are extremely comfortable, easy to pack, and are very well priced. If you are in the market for a new container, be SURE to check out the Wings and order one. You will NOT be sorry.
  5. What else can I really say about this ? It is a great altimeter that I would recommend to anyone. The only reason I found some Cons was because there was a line for them. They are really minute things. It is a great alti and is very accurate. Buy one !
  6. My wife and I got our new Safires several months ago and we love them. They open very nice no matter how you pack them. They open on heading and fly very nice. They will get you back from a long spot and low pull. Once you find that "sweet spot" for your flare, you can have some really awesome landings. It has a weak flare compared to other canopies. This can easily be packed with no jumps on it with psycho packing. Highly recommended!!!
  7. FREEdom Means Choice is a great suit that is comfy and affordable. It flies very well and has stood up to some hard landings. I would tell anyone to get one. They are very worth it and you can't beat the price !
  8. Yeah... they said that Kmart sold the bullets that killed the dead and injured them. I am 100% with you that it was wrong. However, just seeing the guts of them taking on big business like that was enjoyable. (Hey, I had to find something in that movie. Most of it sucked, IMHO.) http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  9. How else could I mean it ? I truly hope you mean that only in the sense that when you attack police officers you are going to be restrained by force. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  10. I saw it about a month ago. I definetely don't think it was one of the best, but it got you to think. I liked watching him take the people with bullet wound scars and back injuries into the Kmart headquarters. That took some guts for all of them. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  11. I can only hope he will serve as an example to others. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  12. I wonder why they're hiring. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  13. If you went over the next morning and offered to clean it up for him/her, than I would think it to be VERY funny. However, if you left it for him/her to clean up, I'd be PISSED. The last thing I want to do is clean toilet paper out of bushes and trees. Just my .02. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  14. One more thing: if you decide that going somewhere for a time is in your future, shoot me a PM and I'll hook you up with some place in Mexico that will let you have a great time AND attend some classes during the day for a few hours. It'll really help with learning the rules of grammar. (This is assuming Spanish is the language you want to learn. If it is French, I'm sure there are some good places for that in Canada and France.) http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  15. The only way to learn a foreign language is to live/be with the people who speak it 24/7. If you can find people that speak it as NATIVES, than it will be easy if you hang out with them and speak to them in the foreign language. Otherwise, you'll need to go to whereever it is that speaks the language. I went to college for Spanish and learned (by far) the most Spanish when I went to Mexico for 5 weeks in the summer of 2001. Books, tapes, software, etc will not do it if you really want to become proficient with the language. BTW... just about anyone who has learned a foreign language after the age of 13 or so will agree with me on this. Good luck. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  16. Hi Steve: I don't blame you one bit for doing that. However, I would hate having to do your job. Spending all day trying to tell kids to do good so they can get a good job.. blah blah blah, while they watch the most uneducated people in the world get rich and famous on TV. No thanks. I hate thankless, deadend jobs. I wish I would have went to school to do something else. The Education System is NOT something I would recommend to anyone. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  17. Mouth: as a fellow teacher, I would say ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY. Those kids need to be taught that it's not right. If you don't, what message does that send ? If I do it, they will slap my wrist ? I am quitting teaching and going into a marketing director position. I hate babysitting (err.. teaching) with all my heart. Friday is my last day. I can't wait. One year and a little over two months was more than enough for me. What a waste of college and money. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
  18. If it's your video, do as you please.

  21. Are you at work ? Proxy filter ? I can't see it from work either. But, I saw it years ago when it was first brought up. Was it AggieDave's doing ? I don't remember. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
