As far as I'm concerned this is the only correct answer. I'm not sure I want to get into an argument with Brian, or any of the the other HP pilots here. But too many people have died trying to fix this shit. Why are you encouraging others to take a chance? Cut that shit away, it's only money and pride. It's one of the prices you pay for the exciting ride you chose.

My thoughts are if it doesn't look like it's instantly resolvable then get off it, You'll know this by the first couple of rotations (if that!), you don't have long to sort it and if you make the wrong call by trying different techniques then you are putting yourself in a more dangerous situation.
There are already enough incidents from people fighting canopies they should have got off and/or cutting away low.

I have two here, it's nothing amazing though, one of them was an off landing too, they open in Google Earth

I did 1200 jumps with Vectran 750 JVX lines on my VX84
I had to get a bigger slider as the end cells were inflating first and giving me off heading openings,
There was a noticeable improvement in the performance

I used to have some Shure Sound Isolating earphones when I worked at Bodyflight, they go deep into your ear like an ear plug and the sound quality is amazing

Do you have a JVX with or without stabilisers?
Is it a normal slider or RDS slider?
How do you pack it now? Nose? Slider? Tail? S-Folds?
Is it turning or opening odd? End cells first

I have the AS15 and the Nexus 7 with the Play memories Mobile App and it won't connect, I am using Jelly Bean.....

I checked the manual and can't find a guide, it just keeps saying connecting but nothing happens,
