Liking the camera so far, but things I don't like are

* Bought 2 different UHS-I 3 cards that won't work with 4K

* GPS layover only shows horizontal speed

* Interval photo is only 2.1 megapixel, Single Photo mode is 8.8 but hard to use in freefall

Any one know if the HDMI supports 4K?

I'm on my second pair of Adidas Boat shoes,
designed for watersports they have holes in the sole, they dry quick and allow ventilation

There will be a Crossfire 3 and and Crossfire X,
The X is higher performance and may take on another name.

At the moment they are focusing on getting the Safire3 and the wingsuit canopy out on the market

If the GPS is any good it could also be useful for swoop training and also wingsuit.

Here's some more info I stole from some guys review:

- Both models now have WiFi, GPS, accelerometer, and full ANT+ sensor capabilities (previously only the higher end VIRB had it)
- Addition of gyroscope, increased sensor data collection at higher rate
- Slight resolution increase to 1440/30p for VIRB XE
- New slow-mo options: 240fps @ 480p, and 120fsp @ 720p (XE only)
- Natively waterproofed to 50-meters (no external case required)
- Flat front glass/case that Garmin says will repel water droplets
- Ability to connect to supported Bluetooth-enabled OBD sensors (automotive primarily)

I know how to find kit, if you're surrounded by nice big freshly mown fields then yeah it can be pretty easy,
But I'm jumping right on the edge of a town, and my last 3 cutaways have resulted in my kit floating away in to town,
fortunately for me I have always got my kit back, but I know of many people that have lost theirs.

Working in the sport if I can find my freebag and get back in the air quicker it'll be more convenient

Jumped both, didn't like the Neos because of the hard openings,
It's made by Icarus Spain and not NZA,
I'd recommend a JFX instead

The 90 rule is apparently also meant to reduce the chance of a collision but I recently jumped at a DZ that had a 90 only rule and I think it made canopy traffic more difficult, constantly holding off for the larger lower canopies that are on long finals, with bigger turns the responsible canopy pilot can get down and out the way quicker freeing up the airspace for others

Mine has been made and I can't wait to receive!

Unfortunately it's Apple only at the moment and I'm an Android user.
Growth will certainly increase once they open it up to other devices, looks like Bluetooth 4.0 is the reason it's only iOS right now.

But I'd be willing to gamble $20 and have one of these stitched into a pocket on my Freebag, people here usually have an idea of where it landed so cycling or driving around looking for a signal wouldn't be too much hassle
