XM's portable units are far superior to Sirius (you can actually get a live feed with their MYFI) sirius' is nothing more than an oversized MP3 player. And last but not least... Sirius' equipment for your car looks like a box that causes a blind spot on your dash. I've had both and I find XM to be the better company as far as finances, equipment, and technology. My perfect day started for me today with this... My Dad called me up this morning to go to a car show. I went to his house to fine a brand new 2005 Mustang GT Convertible sitting in the driveway. Dad Hands me the keys and says "Rick, Go easy on her; She only has 500 miles on her" Dad hops in his 1965 Mustang and I hopped in the '05 dropped the top and started to roll... The ponies fired up and we were on our way. My best girl was sitting in the passenger seat when we were scanning channels on the stereo (no XM) when my most favorite song in my life came on the radio... So there I am doing almost 100 mph singing at the top of my lungs in almost like a zen like state in a car I have dreamed about forever. We get to the car show and find some of our buddies and lined the ponies up in their corral, just admiring the beautiful Detroit metal and iron that made this country great. The horsepower, the paint jobs and the work that people put into these classic bits of american ingenuity made it into my top 10 of moments to remember. 2 hours later a raspy voice yelled out who's car is this? It was "Smash" from the Smash Band that played Rantoul. He recoginzed me and complemented me greatly on both of our cars. The real compliment was paid when the final judging came later in the afternoon when the '65 took 2nd place and the '05 took 1st place in their respective classes.. Sometimes you have to get away from the sport that we are in and enjoy other things life has to offer.. A very dear friend of mine says its "balance" Mar... You are sooo right..

Thats the way it was for me last year at 50 jumps... I was invited on all sorts of FUN skydives... I was able to jump with some pretty cool people and partied with a hell of alot more. I did my first hybrid with Cornholio and Kid Icarus. My first 7 way with a buncha truckers.. FUNNEL My first Helo jump with Skymedic... My first FF jump with Skymedic... Horny Gorilla I wish i could be there this year, but I can't, Life is getting in the way ... In short WFFC ROCKS!! It should be experienced by everyone at least once. I was tooling around at Sports Authority yesterday and They are running a special for this weekend only on New Blanace Tennis shoes with the breast cancer Ribbon on the Tongue. Sports Authority is donating 30.00 per pair to the Susan G. Koman Foundation for all New Balance model 700 shoes purchased through today. I think this is a worth while cause and i bought a pair for my Aunt and a pair for my Wife also. Please help if you can

I have a distinct feeling that is exactly whats going to happen. People are not looking at them as pets, more like accessories and when the fad dies off, or the dog gets beyond 3 years old there will be a glut of them in animal shelters since its not going to be fashionable. I love my dogs with all my heart, but i would not even think about subjecting them to something like that. Besides the fact that they weigh 100 lbs apiece
