I did the L4 after a year & half Im just starting to feel better, the first 4 months were pure agony. came off the drugs last March and wish I came off them earlier. Do lots of yoga, importance on the back work...especially 'Sun Salutation' taking care & and work the back muscles...but most importantly of all remember keep smiling and get as fit as you can. This is the way to beat this injury. Dont let the pain get you down.... best wishes & speedy recovery

Hi Bri These forums are used for people to bitch and moan and start rumours based whatever they have heard. You know how it is. All the operations listed here have very professional AFFI's rated by the USPA. They have all worked hard and dedicated many hours of their lives to be were they can be, and this is to teach a sport they love so much. All the operations listed have tons of student experience and work strictly to the USPA BSR's and ISP programme. The DZ's all have outstanding facilities and a great atmosphere, and are located in my opinion in one of the best parts of Spain. the only thing missing is a beach, and if you want this then the only place is Ampuria ! Which is an oustanding DZ. All the operations listed are contributing to Skydiving in Spain in a very positive way. I can personally vouch for each and everyone of the staff as good people. Which ever school you choose to train with you will be treated with the highest standards of safety and customer service and be welcomed into the brotherhood of skydivers. thanks J

I did my RWS factory rating and Catalan federation TI rating in Ampuria 10 years ago and the requirement are exactly the same. The fifth jump droqueless !! very nice skydive, I was shitting it bigstlye before hand, but after once in the air.. it was beautiful ... very nice to really fly the body and concentrate on your procedure as well. I renewed my rating with Bram Clement of skydiveratings.com after a 2 year layoff, he rode shotgun and tested me to the max, unstable exit and droquesless to 11k with turns, then SP until droque release. Very professional training. I felt after re certifying on sigma with Bram even though I had shit loads of tandems that I really was a 'Tandem master'.
