FYI: Out of 22 units only 12 sold were within the US. 13 if you count the guy who called from Afgahnistan on a SAT phone to secure one. I sold to the UK, Austria, Australia, Italy, Brazil and Spain. I knew when I posted them that it would explode, and it did. I could have been a dick and listed them at a higher price and surely got buyers. But I didn't. I ran them through the SSK Used Cypres Valuator and sold them for fair market value. First come, first serve. Period. I did not change my terms of service for anyone. My terms are and always have been: Prepayment in full, Cash, Check, Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, PayPal or Wire Transfer These units were on consignment in my store. My words were few because there are a limited number of hours in a day. But I did respond to each and every inquiry. All units sold withing 48 hours. They were first come, first serve. I took care to keep my emails in queue for fairness sake. The last three remained in the classifieds because I was waiting for a wire transfer payment to hit from England. There are a few dealers on here that broker used gear. (Myself included) It allows a bit of comfort for both buyer and seller. The downside is that it takes an extra week or two to verify the sale and make sure that it's a good fit, etc before releasing funds. But it has worked out well for us. Hey Sid, This is Bonnie. I have owned Gravity Gear since 1996. I had a store at Skydive Lake Tahoe and one at Bay Area Skydiving. SLT closed and I was at BAS full time until I opened a second store at Skydive San Diego. Aaron worked at Gravity Gear in Bay Area Skydiving until he bought out my inventory and opened his own store called Sky Supply. I believe Aaron found it necessary to go back to the "real world". Bay Area Skydiving now sells gear under the name FLying K. Vic and Connie are the contacts there. Usually that means start local where you can physically be measured by the dealer and get a personal gear consultation.
