  1. Although posted on April 1, this is not an April Fools stunt. I came upon this in a Skydive group page on facebook last night. These were the only three pictures, and to the best of my knowledge it actually happened. I don't know what the canopy used is, if there was a drogue used, and would assume there are not drogue flight pictures because there is no indication of anything used for laterals. This IS from a third word countries page. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  2. Found this on facebook, truly looks like an empty container for a harness and beaners to attach. Won't mention where it's from, but thinking Ted would roll in his grave. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!

  4. I seen this on fb and hoped it was photo shopped. Don't care what the legalities are, you ride my drogue bridal I'll break your face. Anybody consider what the drogue is rated for?? 3 people, 1 standing, are you serious?? The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  5. Nothing like asking a question when you don't want to hear the answer. Listen to the people you asked. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  6. Uh, no one is bitching, this was a poll, remember?? The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  7. IMHO, the only people who don't believe in sewing them closed are those who have never sewn them closed. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  8. This makes me unbelievably sad. Photo attatched is from CPC boogie in 2009, photo credits to John R. Smith. Eternal Blues Ian. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  9. Obviously not, but thanks a million.....Terry The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  10. Help, after spending many hours searching for packing instructions for parachutes de France , I find myself unsuccessful. Does anyone know of a website, or have a manual on your hard drive that I can beg, borrow, or steal. I have spoken to no less than 3 Master Riggers and heard all the politics reguarding these rigs, however, that does nothing to help me pack this rig. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have run into this issue, please HELP!! The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  11. [ He's a JM and one of a few very guys that we can really count on to be ready for the first load of the day, and every load we need him on right to the end. Best thing is he gives every student a VERY thorough debrief and works hard to make every jump a positive experience no matter how much a student screwed up.] What is with you people, this is DZ.com forums, not Hugs R Us. I've jumped with both these guys for years, they're both Wankers. Ian is almost a hundred and Kyle has no hair. There, that should stir it up a bit. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  12. Ian, I was searching through a million stills and found an excellent picture of a students hands on MY crotch, would that be of any help to you?? The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  13. Well, I don't know what to say Darcy. I had the priveledge of teaching your First Jump class. I've also had many 'after hours' meetings on the best way to handle a guy like you. At the end of the day, the best anyone can do is give you enough skills so that you don't kill yourself when you do what you're gonna do. Wingsuit?? I went on a tracking dive with you late last year, remember?? You wingsuit, or BASE like that and we won't have to talk about it anymore. Flock?? Who would flock with a 50 jump wonder in a new wingsuit. I'll call a Spade a Spade. If you make it through this season, I will be amazed. If you have a death wish, take it somewhere by yourself. We have a business to run that doesn't need a Kamakaze with a deathwish and a 90 square foot canopy. You think you're the only skydiver that wants to 'do it all, now'?? Do us all a favor and lose your attitude, or take up golf. You asked. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  14. Check this out, I know, I know. That aint me, I would never do that.....right?? -Jumper had 400 jumps - Exit weight 205 pounds - 3rd jump with new elliptical 150 sq ft canopy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nR6oQtWItwU The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
  15. Here's something I might as well just tell you straight up, if you ask enough people the same question, you are bound to get the answer you want. The Sky is NOT the Limit, the Dirt Is!!
