So one of our tandem customers called me yesterday and said that she's finally broken her DVD that i shot and edited back in 2006 and was wondering if i still had the footage. I'm in the habit of keeping everything and was rather pleased when i found the DV tape with the correct date on it. It's been stored in its plastic box in a larger cardboard box at the bottom of my cupboard, but when i put it in my HC3 last night to have a look there are blurry pink horizontal lines across the footage. Anyone ever seen this before? I made a really girly noise and pulled the tape out immediately, then stuck one of the tapes that i used this past weekend in and recorded for a bit and it didn't seem to affect my camera any. Can anyone offer any advice? The tape is a JVC and the footage was originally recorded in my old PC 109. Thanks PJ Advertisio Rodriguez / Sky
