The Mirage was certificated under TSO C23b. In that ( TSO C23b ) & NAS 804 there is no mention of a RSL. The Skyhook is also not a TSO'd item as the Vector ( all versions ) is also certficated under C23b. While some may disagree, I contend that the RSL on a Mirage is not a TSO part.
