  1. It's fucking jumping out of a plane, society as a whole could care less how many points you can turn, you make no major contributions to society, like a cure for cancer or AIDS. If asked to drop a student @ 3.5 k to help the dz out you reply " I have to concentrate" and then get pissed when someone dose a woohoo on take take off and spend the whole ride taking invisable grips and giving the evil eye to those who are having fun and bitch about the camera men who are in back filming tandems. Got news for you, no one gives a fuck about your special needs other then those DZO's who kiss your ass and stroke your ego That is perfect....no wait...thats ME!!
  2. Correct - the data I gave are for USPA 10-way rules. Requires a no-show exit from side door plane, everyone behind a diagonal line drawn across the cabin floor, and you may not take out a chunk for the base. you may take what ever you want out the door. The base/pin jumpers must shown as the initial undocked 2 way that begins the formation. Launch the chunk drop grips then built the 2 way. then every one else can dock. I think we did a low 8 second formation several years ago at Nationals.
  3. if you fixed the grip during the inter you would recieve the point for the finished 2. If you spun the donut with the wrong grip the whloe time you would be busted twice. once for each incorrect formation. You would not be busted for the incorrect inter as it states in the rules above.
  4. I was saddend to learn of ILT Neel's passing. I will always remember him as a great cadet on the parachute team at West Point. Phil was quiet and unassuming and did his best on every jump he made. You could see that big smile he had as he flew his canopy into Michie Staduim. I'm sure Phil was a fine leader and role model for his troops. My condolences to his family and friends. 5. PM sent. He is still on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. How you doing Craig? Been a few years since Half Dome!! Eric Heinsheimer
  6. Go get em man! Say hello to Amy from her team mates at WP. Jon Nielson is First Captain now. Must be nice to have REAL acc jumpers in the stack with you! EH
  7. 1st point is always a star. Then 2 more randoms and a block. Some blocks are just randoms in CISM rules. You can hold the star for 5 seconds after exit. I would post the draw but I dont remember it.... KurtBob would know.
  8. Its a CISM (Military) World Record. Not an FAI WR. The old record was 29. The rules for CISM are different.
  9. 4 way men: USA Switzerland Lithuania 4 way women: USA Russia Norway The meet was not completed due to bad weather the last few days. We arrived expecting tail gate exits from the MI-8 but instead ended up using the small door just behind the cockpit. Accuracy finished after 7 rounds. Style finnished after only 2 in men and 3 in women(I think) (Chris Moore was the only USA male to advance to the 2nd round....) The rest of us did not meet the 9 second cut off. And you think style is easy??!!
  10. Brooks is in Iraq. I dont know when he will be back. Kurt Bob might know....
  11. Cookie, I will have to dig those tapes out. Its been a while! hell 9 years already.... Eric
  12. All those letters look like the combination to my luggage! I'll second that!!! Let me get my decoder out. AKA Hoover. EH

    Alpha team

OK OK I'm in the office and not in Thailand. But I am living the experience through the Brits Sector 11 blog. No TDY funds and minor surgery kept me here. Dave We might have a 130 lined up from RAF Mildenhall! Looks like all of Alpha team is going to be utilized. Need to build a base. Same story in 04. Picture is from WT04 practice jumps. Note fellow trying to kill me as mind my own buisness in the base of a 200+way. Still taken from Russian (Oleg) belly cam.
