Recommended exercises/stretches pre AFF
ninjagogo12 replied to ninjagogo12's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Hi all, So in a few weeks i start my AFF and 15 minute tunnel time booked a few days before the course, i just wondered if anyone knows of any good exercise or stretching routines to help with it, or if its even needed. I go to the gym pretty regularly at the mo but i am up for doing anything i can to make things easier before i go. Cheers, Dave -
I'd buy one too

Apprehension as I progress
ninjagogo12 replied to Freefallin66's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I start my AFF in 7 weeks and 5 days, but i'm not counting down lol, no nerves at the mo but the excitement is building steadily. The night before my first tandem i was totally crapping myself, as soon as we walked to the aircraft it all just went away leaving a life changing experience for me, i hope i can stay this calm in a few weeks though -

Hi all, my first post so please be gentle. Well its been 2 weeks since my first ever jump, a tandem, was a bit apprehensive to begin with, but afterwards what can i say, nothing.....words cannot express the feelings felt that day, i loved every minute of it so i've now booked an AFF course starting in March next year, it cant come round fast enough. Also going to get some tunnel time booked in the weekend before my course to hopefully give me a bit of help with body position etc before hand. If anyone has any other tips it would be appreciated. Cheers.
