  2. "Although i had to wait a longtime(9 weeks) to receive it" I suppose you wouldnt really say that if you worked for matter......unless you werent that bright. Or unless....you wanted to make it seem as tho that you thought that i thought that you thought that i thought a slight negative would avoid suspicion. hmmm round and round the rosemary bush like a teddy bear one step two step what the fuck's here? Yahoo Serious
  3. A quick review of the posts and......just because your paranoid dont mean theyr'e not after you......r money?? WTF SKydiva?? Big fan of matter or WHAT hej?? I hate being paranoid and untrusting Anyone else tried a matrix?? Yahoo Serious
  4. As for the future of freeflying, I'm sure that bigger and better prize money would be the one of the biggest hopes of hardcore freeflier competitors. "August 19-20 Skydive Chicago (up to $10K prize money) " Love ya work Yahoo Serious
  5. http://www.matterclothing.com The matrix freefly suit.....with zp torso etc Yahoo Serious

  8. but like in 'flat' RW, when airspeed tear through the sky with record number of points... it ends up looking beautiful. True dat! Yahoo Serious
  9. So there will still be freaks making beautiful poetry in motion for me to cream my pants over ?? Its all good then...... lol My fave jumps myself are two ways tooling around no plan. It may be more ass than class but every now and then you have a great jump. Punk rock freefly --- fuck all skills and all the thrills. If I had the money I'd love to really explore improv freefly.......technical like jazz. Yahoo Serious
  10. "In no way am I saying that artistic flying...is cooler... than the other" I would LOL WAAYY WWAAAAAYYYYY cooler hahaha The difference is like listening to someone playing scales dazzling fast and clean compared to someone playing actual music. The technique is just a vehicle. IMJ(AckAsS)O A good flier/team like a good muso has got it all....brilliant technique to pull off brilliant inventions. Ok i better shutup now hehe Is it pretty much one or the other for the people out there actually doing them? Or are there people interested in both ?? When people say that this is the future of comp do they mean this will replace artistic ?? Yahoo Serious
  11. Different types of creativity..... Creative solutions.....like a carpenter or programmer Creative beauty.....Like a dancer or musician Whatever.....those 4 ways looks sick and i can appreciate the skills and "creativity" but still I know where the critics are coming from. I like "artistic" in the sense of pretty shit. I would really love to see that style with 4 people. But who cares.....each their own.I personally could do neither myself...but i know what id like to watch videos of around the bar. Yahoo Serious
  12. hahahaha the accent makes it so funny....i could hear my friend speaking in my head....he just spent some time in poland and now speaks fluent communism..... Yes a good student should ask for clarification if he needs......but i think a good coach(one worth paying) should be very thorough in their explanation and know when their student understands them. A professional freefly coach should put as much thought into their training as an aff instructor. Some of these guys charge good money. Ah but whatever --- good point -- at the end of the day it is up to the student. bla bla bla bla and bla Yahoo Serious
  13. Thats all he said ?? If so..... Yeah thats pretty standard in my experience with coaching... LOL I have been witness to Max cohn coaching......far better....probably best Ive seen. Alot of "coaches" have a pretty shallow understanding/awareness of what they are doing and just parrot cliches like "Feel the Air" "Dont think ...Feel" "Just do it" Chances are he probably meant that you would benefit from solos where you can really focus without a coach as a distraction. Freeflying is very visual and feeling oriented and alot of people find it hard to communicate via words their understanding, especially the "naturals". For alot of people learning to freefly requires learning a whole new way of thinking that no amount of jumps will give. It like 1in the morning here..... I cant be fooked getting into it..... http://www.navaching.com/hawkeen/atten.html Thats sites a goldmine.....Seek and you shall find. peripheral vision....balance.....breathing.....awareness blablablablablabla bla and..... bla Yahoo Serious
  14. >The point, if I may project, is that dedicating >yourself (that much) to flying can only be done for >more than just the fun/feeling of flying itself. At >that level, you just gotta spread the word. Like I said man ...Who the fuck knows what their deepest motivations are? I agree there is probably more to it than fun. All I meant was that after winning world champs whats the point trying to keep the title when there is a whole lot more out there in life to explore. Winning world champs requires tunnel vision focus. If there was millions of dollars in prizes and freeflying was your best chance of making that sort of money then I could see that as a motivation. Dudes may even want to buy a house ?? WHo knows LOL Who cares ??HAHA Im just bored with nothing better to do than rave my 2 cents. They worked hard and they deserve a rest. Ppl with that much energy blow me away. Yahoo Serious
  15. Who knows what really drives em ?? I remember I was in Perris and was witness to alchemy training. They were doing around 20 jumps a day. One thing is burned into my mind forever.I cant remember exactly who said it, it was either alaska or mike. "We just spend ten minutes in the tunnel and now we are on a five minute call! HAHAHA" These guys train HARD!! I remember mike saying when he wasnt skydiving or in the tunnel he was thinking about. He was/is 100 per cent dedicated. Consumed by freeflying. Maintaining that level of intensity required to stay on top of the game would be just too taxing. With no real financial reward on top of those shiny medals whats the point ?? You've won some nationals and world champs......What next??? Have some fun!!! Yahoo Serious
  16. Whhhaaaaa??? You probably made as much sense to yourself as I did to me. HAHAHA Oh bugger.....I just realized this aint bluelight.nu. FREEFLY!!!! WOOOO!!! YEAHHHH!!! GO THE FREEFLY!!! EDIT: PS Trae if you ever make it to New Zealand Giz a buz and we can just run WWWAAAAYYY and dribble nonsense chinese whispers about the future and other stuff. After a glorious day of running spazs/ of course! Where r u from? Yahoo Serious
  17. Hopefully we will have 21st century seretonin saturaters.....with NO downtime.... "Before, what went up had to come down" Makes sense. "Now, What gos up doesnt have to come down" But there wont be any perspective then? Up is up because its up of down. "It just keeps going up" Aha! Makes sense. Just go WWWAAAAAYYYYY...... to infinity and beyond!!! Yahoo Serious
  18. Kinda like in Alien huh ?? Where Ripley gets into the exo-skeletal bot and whips mamas ass into deep space? Yeah shweet! I kinda like the idea of matrix style programming of freeflying. So now I can Moonwalk like Michael Jackson, Sling an axe like Hendrix, Fight like Bruce Lee and Fly like G.....??? All in 20 seconds ?? In the immortal words of Trey Parker..... FUCK YEAH!!! Yahoo Serious
  19. Those videos make 4way vrw look like it would be fun to do but personally I like watching 2way teams do "pretty" stuff. Like babylons freeround with its eery grace and the way they leave the screen, their exit leaving you with a sense you just saw some strange creatures from som tryptamine world. Was that for real ??? Did I just see that ?? I hope artistic freefly doesnt die off. Now the potential for artistic routines with 4+ otherworldly creatures choreographed to music that they all hear via those noise cancellation devices. Thats what I wanna see! Yahoo Serious
  20. Was that ten-way freebuilt? Or just transitioned from a belly star? HUGE difference Yahoo Serious
  21. With the use of sophisticated robotics and motion captured from human wind-tunnel fliers german scientists have created Mark 1 of Flybot. The head researcher Fritz said he combined his love of astro boy and freeflying to create the perfect flying partner. "I possess a German roboticses firm to specialize in robot place repair we, want to be able to diminish become the risk for the space drivers so that we develop person similar robots, that have ENDS and also, controlled of a virtual reality machine. The space driver safe in the station has feedback over special goggles and exactly can see, what the robot sees. It controls it through a novel combination of movement capture and traditional command, cycling between that two as necessary. Its movements become perfect of the robot against mirror. I loved always astro boy and am I a freeflier greedy. With access on the technolgy and the foundations, that only naturally was it to use the technology to freeflying, to create the perfect leap partner. There is only a prototype flybot and it does not give any plan to mass product it really although we could create another for 8,000,000 Euros We work momentarily mark 2. Initiating results are large. We work refine the movements in the moment. The movement capture is are a good basis however we confident that we can make alot better once we, go programmed at the movements through an optimizing program. It is the perfect freefly trainer. It has ballast that can be adjusted to adapt the slump rate of any flyer. I have sketch capably a head on display helmet of that of representing living video of the student it immediate feedback on your position over any of your senses to you. Its totally adjustable to the specific learning style of the student. We who to register world plan encounters ourselves, in Germany 2006. Our team will be called "Machinery" and yes. ....He CAN PACKING UP! Wow! BAbylon watch out!? Yahoo Serious
  22. Hej barbara!! Spewing i couldnt make it over.... Next year huh! Yahoo Serious
  23. Get your head round the mechanics... Get creative with some pool sausages in a pool... Yahoo Serious
  24. Do a headstand man simple.... balance on just your index fingers so there is little/no weight. Then bring the fingers closer intowards you so you are really challenging your balance. Then try one finger, then none. Watch your neck if it is weak.(I have old neck injury which plays up sometimes after running em) I dont know if it's bad for ya but those breakdancers seem to hang out on their heads heaps. Works for them?? Dunno about muscle memory but its fun and you sure get to know how your legs feel above ya. My friends and I used to hang out in headstands and do mock docks. In italy one time we even built a tenway on the beach. My first and only tenway! Resistance.....hmmm..... Tie some bungy cord between your legs LOL Hmm...imagining some elaborate system with boots with pulleys running along some wire. That would build those achy headdown mucsles. lol Headdowns a beyotch Goodluck! Yahoo Serious
