  1. Horrible experience booking, rebooking, getting return call or email, did not get video as promised and THEIR coupon was questioned repeatedly and made me feel as though I were cheating them! Several email exchanges with owner led to NOTHING. He gave me a list of excuses for staff behavior and did not once offer any sort of customer service or compensation AND he couldn't even be bothered to spell my name correctly when it was right in front of him. Insult to Injury. If I were you, I'd find something else to 'cross off my bucket list'. This is too expensive to be treated this way.
