  1. Today I get back the rig: FINALLY!!!! It fits good like the old one. Quality as well. The magnetic riser cover (old rig was without) are nice but for me not a must have. The new one are tuck tab + magnetic
  2. Update: Today my new container has been shipped with dhl express. The first estimated date was the 27June. so everyone can calculate how long it will take
  3. The latest estimated delivery time is +11week. The nightmare will not finish my friend. After the 11week there will come another time additional weeks like in the the past. WTF?!
  4. But the big problem is the dishonesty. Long delivery times may be ok if respected. Every 4 weeks you get a new estimated delivery time?! If I had known that earlier, I would have bought me a used RIG. After 9 months (and it is not finished yet!!!!) it would have been even better to buy a new one (in Stock) at March and sell the Vortex when it come back in 2017?!?? All the year 2016 I jumped only with over 20 year old rental-gears (not freeflyfriendly) and had only expenses. They would also be able to replace rigs staggered, i think
  5. The voucher: What cheek! the voucher is not valid for spare parts . Does anyone really believe that I 'm going to buy a new rig or main for me or for the first rig of my wife???? Should I advise a friend to P.S. ? Sorry, but the voucher is only a big marketing-bullsxxx T.G.

  8. How is that possible? Where these delivery times only fictitious? A friend of me had received a semi-new rig DOM 2015 from an official PS-Dealer shortly before it was grounded and could NOT jump ONCE this. He is still waiting too and had returned his rig as soon as possible like me. What criteria will be decided?
  9. Depends on how you look at it. They were very brave IMO to put out there such a massive recall. I like that from a manufacturer. But I understand your frustration. Had Parachute System notified realistic delivery times in March , it would have been no problem . I would have bought a used alternative rig . But now I still do not know whether it is better to wait or to buy something else - after 8 months and still no rig

I sent it back on january. -I waited to march for an answer (just lost 2 months) but It's OK. -Then I get an estimated delivery time for End of June: It's OK -Then at End of june i get a new delivery time for End of july :o/ hmm -Then, End of July, I get a production Date for End of August: Not more OK :o( The date were often postponed further. What shall I do?? I still don't know whether it would be better even now to buy another Rig. I lost only money and I missed a lot of jumps from heli. Parachute Systems: Never again

    When I purchased the container in End of 2015, I was extremely impressed by the comfort and features. You get in the basic price included a container with full optional! I recommended this container and a friend has unfortunately acquired a Vortex too. On 4.January, our material was grounded for risk of fracture of the 3Ring-System (120 jumps on it) The company has agreed to replace free of charge any container affected the market. WOW! From the first estimated delivery time of June, after was the end of July, after end of August. I get the new one on 18.september. I was without Skydiving-rig; had no possibility to lend a rig in my area. I know how hard this must be for the company; replace all containers , but I was without equipment and had only expenses. The service of the recall was dishonest; I have only lost time and a season. Long delivery times may be OK if they are respected!!! why was not introduced a ranking according to material age?????? Very old equipments were replaced before mine (semi new)??!?!?! The new container: Is nice and good like the old one; My conclusion (rating): -rig: ***** (4,5) -"technical" customer service (FB/Messenger): ***** (5) -customer service by Mail: * (1) -process recall: ** (2) Would I buy it again? Probably not for the experience with the recall: Before recall YES of course / After recall: NO! I was more time without rig than with in the last year. Respect for the recall, but up to last, it would have been cheaper to buy a Javelin or Mirage. Thomas Gutweniger
