    It took 6 weeks from the date they received it to the date they shipped it back to me.

    I sent my Cypres in for its 4 year maintenance, and when I called SSK to check if they had received it, they said the turnaround time would be 3 - 4 weeks. In others' experience does it normally take that long? Thanks
