I feel you pain dude. I just split from my GF of 3 years. She looked me in the eye one night and told me I wanna be single. I was devastated for around 3 days. When I drove up a near by mountain and watched the sunset I decided life wasn't so bad. I picked up the pieces and moved on. I think that really bothered her that I got over her so fast. She hinted that she wanted to come back and I shut her down. Walk out once and thats it. The best thing that has happened to me on a long time was her leaving me. As for the buying a house thing. I had a house when I met her. She moved in. Sold that house made an ass load and bought another one. I kept the house, my investments and a new Jeep in my name. She barely ever worked or contributed so I really didn't thing it was necessary to split that with her. I did give her a decent amount of money. When she came back wanting the house I went to a lawyer. In canada common law marriage laws state if its in your name you keep it. So I showed her that and asked her nicely to take the rest of her crap. That pissed her off. I worked hard she never did. Single life aint so bad.

I was flying down the highway at 100km/h and noticed SLOW was spray painted on the highway. I was thinking WTF??? Then BAM hit this huge fucking pot hole. Its ok I was in a rental.

I used to work on the rigs as a safety hand. One day I was on the floor and the driller nudged me. I looked over and laughed. He had the roughneck scrubing drill pipe. And they were running back in the hole that day too!

I have a journal. I started at about 21 and now I am 30. Its cool to be able to look back thru your life and how you have changed. I am not worried if someone reads it. I have nothing to hide, and if anything ever happens to me its there for my family to read.

I also watched two kitten kill a mouse once. They played with it for 10 or more minutes. Slowly killing the poor little fuck. That had to have sucked too. I pondered becoming a vegetarian after watching these vids. But then I had eggs, bacon and sausage for breakfast and it was great. I will stick to being a vagitarian for now.

I bought one in late 06. This year the ear piece crapped out and all I could use was the speaker. Sucked when my better half called using pet names. Other than that it was a good phone.

Paraglider here! Almost 50 flights this year. We have a 3600 foot mountain that I can see from my backyard and be at the top in 30min. Longest flight so far is an hour and a half.

Most things are forgivable. Cheating isnt. I dont care how much it wood hurt or how long we have been together. That would be a deal breaker for me. I told my SO that pretty quick.

Im not enjoying it. It sucks that you cant drive, lost money and have to take the bus. But it was all your decisions that brought you to this. We all choose poorly at some point in our lives. Some are just worse than others, and learn slower.

13 years???!!?! Holy crap! I started as a HD mechanic Nov 06 working nights. My buddy that hired me on had been doing it for 10 years. Its not my first time working nights but I had a hard time with this. He told me "sometimes we work ot". In the 9 months I worked we went home early or on time maybe 5 times. It was supposed to be 10 hour shifts 4 on 4 off. But we worked 12-14hrs sometimes more. I found I wasnt as happy and I had a bad temper. Plus I lived an hour away from work. That sucked too. It was hard work, but the long hours and the long drive got to me. We ended up moving to a differnt province for a lifestyle change.

Its a respect thing. Its got nothing to do with having your jewels confiscated. She makes me happy I make her happy. I find that most of the guys that refer to their wife/so as the old lady also think of them as the ol ball and chain. In my opinon those are the guys that should give up thier man card.

I would never refer to Connie as my old lady. Not once. I got tired of correcting a friend. He would always say hey what are youand your old lady doing tonight? I told him I dont have an old lady. Acceptable things to call her are, my better half, the reason I smile, Connie ect... I find it very disrespectful.

If money is a problem just get a regular non powered paraglider. I launched last weekend from a 1600 foot mountain and flew for almost an hour. I could have flown longer but i came down because I thought the winds were picking up. I thought about PPG but then I moved to the mountains and live 15 min from a 4000 foot mountain we fly off.

Get a Rotty X! I have never had a pure bread. We always have mutts. A year ago we got Shleby a Rotty Shepard Husky. Smart and funny. Makes me laugh till my gut hurts at least once a day. Does strange things. She is great stress relief!

That guys head is made of wood. I hate that he does that on public streets where innocent people can be hurt or killed. He does have a lot od skill I will give him that.
