I was reading posts about the vortex (on this site) and lots older posts said they had after service problems, the post were from a few years back so I wanted to know if they fixed the problem yet.

I am new to skydiving and looking for my first rig. I can get a new Vortex for not much more then a used container, but have been reading they have customer service problems or more to the point no after sale service at all! Is this still the case or was I just reading old posts and have they fixed this problem? Thanks for any help you can give me.
