Same situation in Finland a couple of years ago. Jumper landed safely and wind took the canopy up again. Then the canopy just fly away. Scary. - No mercy in the flock! Straighten your legs!!! -

If there is more people in 6000 feet who hasn´t reached the formation, You won´t know if there is somebody behind you still trying to dive to the formation or somebody who spinned down from the exit. Then turning 180 makes things tricky. I agree with Jarno that slow turn of maximum 90 degrees is enough. The organisation and plans looks great. I am looking for to join you. Also, while some would say more speed equals more lift, I would say more speed equals more drag. I don't believe in lift generating vortices, just surface area. Mikoyan Gurevich didn´t believe in surface area. He thought that speed generates lift I assume... My first wingsuit flight was with s3. I had 700 skydives and I had no problems with it. I still don´t recommend anybody to do the first flight with s3. - No mercy in the flock! Straighten your legs!!! -
