  1. Do you know that this can be done with the help of instructors/coaches and a Safety and Training Advisor on regular jump days? You are not required to take a "course" (although it may be easier if one is available.) I feel like the typical solution/response at my DZ for the B canopy requirements are "take the Flight 1 course" but i'll ask around this weekend. I also have a friend at a smaller DZ who paid $30 for the instruction/signoff for this. Compared to $300 for 101 and 102. I mean I wouldn't mind to pay for the added instruction and quality of it but damn. $300 to wait until it comes around vs. other possible alternatives to be had.
  2. Does anybody know ANYWHERE (preferably central) in Florida I would be able to take my canopy instruction to clear my B license requirements? I don't want to wait on the next Flight 1 course to come around.
  3. I just emailed Mirage but it might be too late since it's now the weekend. I just bought this DOM 05 M6 from another jumper. My concern is regarding if the back sewed attachment to the container is OK under these conditions. It feels good on me but the back seems to sit a bit low to the container than should be. Based on the pics is this still fine to jump until I wait for back from mirage for an answer?
  4. Welcome! Just got my A at Zhills last month too
  5. I know a guy that can organize balloon jumps (usually ass crack early on a week day)... PM me for details. Any particular requirements for these jumps?
  6. Has anyone ever thought of symmetrically drilling straw sized holes on the visor itself on some place? I don't see why this wouldn't be a viable solution.
  7. If you're looking for fee free brokerage, without much of the tools others have try the robin hood ap :)
