  1. Carl passed away suddenly in his New Hampshire home in February. I know he left a decent impact on the people he met and made acquaintance with, I just want to make sure the Skydive Community is able to remember him here. He jumped Skydive New England frequently and will be missed. Too bad we couldn't fly together Uncle, Blue Skies.
  2. The jumper at the 4:20 mark really made big time errors turning down wind and flaring the entire time haha, he's lucky but was on course for a safish on heading landing in huge field and then boom! Down winder into gallons of trees "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  3. Thank you for linking this again haha, but holy crap I bet everybody went silent when he cut away "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  4. A blimp jump is on the exit list for sure, anywhere it is done? "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  5. Has anybody been having fun with one of these? Anyone care to share their experiences? "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  6. Just curious to see what people think of the Epicene used for freeflight. How does she treat ya? "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  7. I have a friend who works at the signature flight support station there. That's what's there now. Ill have him ask the owners about it. "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  8. I'd say 8 hours should be dedicated to body position, sitflying etc. The other 2 hours should be used for canopy control. Its a little tough in a wind tunnel, but is fun. "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  9. *** Laughed so hard at this. I can imagine the guilty/Fuck my life face he was making "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  10. ***Then there was the monkey that was being used on a test jump. The canopy opens, the monkey climbs up the lines and sits on top of the canopy collapsing it. I dont think Ive ever laughed that hard on the forums before. "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  11. Hahahaha, I like how he had the intention of murdering 4 cats for "science". "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  12. sunset jumps are cool and all, but wingsuiting onto the surface of the sun is much more cool. Thats my favorite place to jump "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  13. I am fresh to this sport! but in all honesty, i have two older containers, one im turning into a back pack and the other id like to have chutes for so i can practice packing a little bit and just to have! I will have my own REAL rig within the year that i wont be settling for. "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  14. Ive been looking for a canopy to use for packing training and the classifieds are only full of safe canopies haha. Im asking here cause most people have their old canopies in a closet or on their walls. Should i go to my DZ and ask around? Ebay doesn't have much. Thanks in advance! not you, The Riggers statement. from Bealio. "I was brought up to use the term "Nylon-American". The word "r*gger" is offensive to some." "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."

  17. Is there anybody who knows a crazy Cessna pilot willing to drop a meat bomb over over my families property? I'm headed out there over summer from so-cal and probably wouldn't be able to go without jumping. "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  18. Thats pretty cool actually. Watched 6 minute intervals and skipped ground parts! "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."

Thats the funniest thing ive read on the forums "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  20. Thats super cool, i have to agree about the canopy looking spooky in slow motion "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  21. That thing is sick as hell... I will be adding one to my summer program for sure. "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  22. Nowadays, i think in general base jumping and wing suiting have overcome skydiving. The most famous skydivers now also do base and wingsuits. Eric Ronner, Jeb Corliss and Travis Pastrana "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
  23. Sill in AFF, but will have license by next month! Ive always loved parachutes... Ever since i was a kid, parachute fireworks and model rockets were my jam. I taught myself how to paraglide with a cheap craigslist find. Then recently after getting my first really good job, Ive finally started my dream of skydiving! Im rocketing through the A license, and plan to have B within 2016. Flying is amazing when you leave an aircraft, but in my opinion (because i love parachutes so much) being under canopy is the most beautiful thing in the world. 24. ***1. Mr. Bill bungee jump. 2. Filming a friend shoot a handgun in free fall. Now that's something that I'm curious about "Take Risks not to escape life... but to prevent life from escaping."
