  1. Well, Moore was not really a pedophile. More of a "teen-o-phile". Still illegal. Still slimy as all hell. Wow, I'm amazed at how much free time you have to compile such a list. I know you could devote the same amount of time to compile a similar list of Democrats behaving badly (and there are many), but you won't because it doesn't fit your agenda.
  2. Let this be a public service message to all who know they are guilty of a heinous crime. Do us all a favor, just kill yourself and save us taxpayers the money spent on trials and prison care. Fuck you. What really pisses me off is these losers that kill a bunch of people then commit suicide. Why can't they do it in the right order? Indeed. If you're so pissed off at your life and the way its going, you've got two choices. 1 - get help, or 2 - kill yourself before you decide to take your anger out on anyone else.
  3. Well, what would you propose? Somebody breaks the law, he goes to prison and serves his/her time, gets out... You'd hope they learned their lesson. Nope, back in they go, for a longer term... then get out... Still didn't learn your lesson? Fuck you, go back for even longer... Sure, some of the 2nd and 3rd blown chance sentence lengths gets ridiculous sometimes depending on the crime, and no, our system isn't perfect. Laws are written to modify sentence lengths every now and then, but there's always going to be people who don't like it. I would propose that you don't jail people for 50 years for petty crimes even if it is a third petty crime. Pedophiles get lighter sentences, much lighter sentences. It is my opinion that pedophiles should be sentenced to life in prison.

  5. When you're watching CNN today, they're talking about Trump and his tryst with the porn star, and then on Fox News, they're talking about the Austin, TX bomber. Yep. There's your difference. CNN is so hyper-focused on Trump's life and job it's beyond ridiculous.
  6. I'd agree with you on that place. It's BAD.

  8. Apparently, the Florida school did have enough info on Nicolas Cruz to have him forcibly committed via the Baker Act, multiple times... but chose not to. Nice going. Have fun with the ensuing lawsuits.
  9. Almost all of Detroit is a shithole. Atlanta is a giant sprawling metropolis with like two dozen smaller cities and towns all around it. But yeah, of course, Atlanta has its areas you would be stupid to walk through alone during the day, much less at night, like most urban cities.
  10. You mean like a chamber they can be marched or rolled into and then gassed? Sounds very efficient. To increase efficiency, they could build just a few around the country and ship the condemned to them in trains. And you just Godwined the thread. Big difference between using Nitrogen vs Zyklon B.
  11. Some states are now considering changing the method of death penalty to nitrogen chambers. You just go to sleep, forever. You won't feel a thing. That will get around the issue of drug companies complaining about their drugs being used for it, as well as avoid potential botched attempts.
  12. Well, what if they get divorced and she gets the House? LOL No. I know you were joking. She'd take the penthouse in NYC with all the gold walls toilet and shit in there. Trump would probably keep Mara Lago.
  13. Well, Trump started hitting on Melania at an event where he arrived with a different woman. That's how they first met. She was turned off by the circumstances. At first, anyway.
  14. So you agree with me that there are already laws restricting gun ownership and penalties for misuse which need enforcement and that simply creating more restriction on the rest of us will not prevent another mass shooting tragedy?Would you agree to a law that says that anyone can purchase an AR-15 or other "assault" weapon, but in exchange law enforcement can monitor all your communications, you have to provide the government with all passwords and agree to un-encrypt anything they ask for, and you agree to share your medical history? Also, you will have to agree to have the government regulate your use of "violent" video games, movies, and music. After all, if the argument is that the solution to gun violence is to identify people likely to misuse firearms (but not to restrict access to firearms in any way) then surely we need to provide law enforcement with tools with which to do that? Don If the FBI and local authorities had done their due diligence and investigated the kid in the Florida school shooting in the months leading up to it, and there were clear signs and warnings, this tragedy could have been prevented. This is what I meant by better enforcement.Possibly so, in that one instance. What about most of the other dozens of school shooters? Or the Las Vegas shooter? Most people don't telegraph their intent, to pick up on it you'd have to be watching all the time. In point of fact, kids will say all kinds of shit to get attention or to act out. Are you going to imprison every kid who makes an inappropriate comment that might be taken as a threat? If so, for how long? Life in prison for the bullied kid who says "I hope you die" to his tormentor? Don Of course not, investigate them and determine the credibility of their threats, check social media history, mental health history, etc, then intervene accordingly.

  16. He's a dumbass. It's true that most teachers, whether men or women, would rather not carry in school, his reasoning was archaic and sexist. There are of course, lots of women who are properly trained to carry and shoot. I've known a bunch. They carry for their own personal safety. Arming teachers in school brings a whole new set of problems which I just don't think is feasible or safe. I just would not recommend it. Hire more SRO, install metal detectors and ensure they work, etc, as funds become available. Highest risk schools go first, and work down the list...
  17. Even with having the right to free speech, there are restrictions of course. You can't openly threaten another person or entity with physical violence. You can't yell "FIRE!" in a crowd or "I HAVE A BOMB!" on a plane without serious consequences. The US Constitution was set up to be a living breathing document, to change as needed to deal with issues as time goes by. I do support the 2nd Amendment, but there has to be restrictions on who can have what and those restrictions have to be enforced. The enforcement is what we're having issues with now. The FBI and local authorities had multiple opportunities to investigate the Florida school shooter before he carried out his plan, and they failed to act, EVERY TIME. This cannot happen. This fuckup is on them, NOT the NRA.
  18. Would you vote for him against just about anyone else? If there was a much better choice than Hillary, I could have. And no, Bernie Sanders doesn't qualify. Hell, Hillary is the worst loser I've ever seen. Still bitching about the election. Even some Democrats are wishing she'd shut up and go away.
  19. 49.8% for the winner? Will there be a runoff election due to not having the 50% majority? Damn the Libertarian candidate!
  20. I believe that you have every right to vote for whomever you want; and for it to be a secret ballot, known only to you. Do you really believe that Trump is a better president than she would have been? Thanks, Jerry Baumchen Simply put, yes. NOW Hillary's bitching about wives being more likely to vote Republicans because their husbands did. WOW. My wife voted for Hillary and I didn't have a problem with it.
  21. Contrast that with Bill Clinton saying "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" yet there he was in the oval office, no less, getting a blow job from Monica Lewinsky. Sure it's just a blow job but that sounds worse than what that politician did to resign over. Fucking Clintons, you just can't trust those motherfuckers. Hillary has railroaded every woman that filed a complaint against Bill. It's why I refused to vote for her.
  22. The dude actually cried in court. Choke it down and get your ass reamed in prison, boy!
  23. Not replying to the last post here... There was a school shooting at Huffman HS in Birmingham, AL a couple days ago. All indications seem to show it was accidental. Dude brought a gun to school to show it off to a girl, and it fired, hitting the girl. He tried to put the gun away so he could help her and ended up shooting himself in the leg. The girl died at the hospital. Guy was treated at the same hospital and is now in jail. The kicker here is, the school IS equipped with metal detectors, but they were not being used.
  24. And a 10 shot clip would help you how? You would still only be able to get off a single shot. What you would likely do is drop your weapon, raise your hands, and hand over what ever the nice robbers wanted. Unless you are just plain stupid. And suppose the nice robbers decide to off you anyway. It happens. But hey, if you're ready to die without a fight...
  25. How about TV in general. Hundreds of shows that celebrate dysfunctional behavior and make it something to aspire to. If they had nothing but plain old family shows depicting everyday life in a normal family, it would be boring as hell.
