  1. Can someone tell me what line this was? Someone earlier mentioned it can be seen in Dreamlines 4. I'd like to ideally get some information that I can use to learn from, rather than get involved in arguments about skill level and statistics etc. ie what line, exactly what happened and where exactly in Dreamlines 4 it is. Anyone? "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  2. Seen them for sale on the classified section of a skydiving website. Both items are listed as "Manufacturer Unknown". Any ideas? "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  3. Ooooh! You devil you. Thanks :) "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  4. Where can I see this series in full? I've looked everywhere but I can't tell what's what. EPIC TV have something on YouTube (completely ruing with fast editing) then there appears to be other clips on the EPIC TV website. It encourages you to register to access the full series but I can't find it on the website. Anyone? I just want to be able to access it all in one go. "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." 5. Their website lays claim to developing the most spectacular dropzone in the world. Any field reports? Prices, facilities, number of jumpers there? Price of accomodation, getting there etc. "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  6. I leave first thing Friday "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  7. Or am I going to jump my tits off alone? "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  8. I have 289 jumps. A few years ago I completed 100 jumps in two weeks so I was very current and confident. It was then that I had my first couple of wingsuit flights under instruction. Since then I've done another twenty or so jumps in the last two years. I'm jumping again next week. How many more jumps roughly will I need to do next week before I'm likely to be current to put on a wingsuit again? "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  9. Can anyone recommend any? Where are they held, now long do they take, how much do they cost? "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  10. I want to buy the Hero 960. It comes with several adhesive and strap mounts. Will the adhesive mounts be okay for skydiving? Or do I need a mount I can drill onto my helmet? Urgent answer please as I need to purchase this afternoon. "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  11. What about fixing an HD Hero to my head gear with the camera out on a piece of metal facing back towards me like I've seen some base jumpers do. How dangerous is it for skydiving? "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  12. What's it like these days? I went there about three years ago and it was a little different from about ten years ago. Is it still the same? Still loads of Brits jumping there? There seemed to be loads there ten years ago. Any advice welcome
  13. Last camera I flew was a small Sony PC5 attached to the side of my head. Now a few years later it's clear things have changed big time with the Go Pro and HD Hero. So which is best? The HD Hero picture looks better in tests. But is there anything else really good on the market? Something with a really good image stabiliser? Also has anyone tried using some of the brilliant image stabiliser software on the market? Check out Adobe Warp on Youtube. "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  14. But it's urgent. Does anyone know who jumped off the Burj dubai? Rumours are that it was Omar Alhegelan. Does anyone know or know if there's video? I've already posted this in the BASE forum and sent Omar an email "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
  15. I mean which is the best and busiest, with lots of other jumpers to jump with, things to do in the evening, close to amenities etc. "Into the dangerous world I leapt..." William Blake, Songs of Experience
